So clean and friendly

Great experience! Please acknowledge Liz in the appliance section for her outstanding knowledge and customer service. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide me with the knowledge that I need for my appliance purchases. She is amazing!!!

Gayle at 0470 has confirmed to me that this is the best Home Depot in the valley. The service at this location is either good, or great. I'm happy.

Seemed to be a dearth of employees to ask the location of the duct tape( found it on my own after a bit of walking ) and I don't like the switch to self-service checkout.

Great associates, especially in the appliance section. I had lot of help from them from selecting my appliances to have light bulbs suggestions,

Your associate in the garden department told me it would take one or two hours to get down a pallet of firewood because the aisles were narrow and he would have to use a special lift to get it down he just didn’t wanna be bothered to get it down this this is not the core values of Home Depot you are supposed to give great customer service every day

I think customer service is great and service was excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Employees were disrespectful and rude. They were more focused on socializing than helping out customers. I do not reccomend shopping her at all. The department does not discount items like ripped concrete bags in timely manner to be available for customers. I rarely write reviews or surveys, but that was one of the worst experiences I have had and will definetely will not be returning to purchase anything from Home Depot due to that experience. That is how bad it was.

I like the cleanliness and organization of the store. The employees at the lumber area were very helpful and attentive. They cut my wood in a timely manner and the the gentleman in the paint area was very friendly.

A FEW YEARS AGO I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH OUR LOCAL STORE. STORE WAS CLUTTERED AND EMPLOYEE'S NOT FRIENDLY. THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS THERE HAS BEEN A BIG CHANGE FOR THE BETTER. STORE IS VERY ORGANIZED NOW AND EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND BETTER TRAINED.

I attended the Ladies night DIY projects in October and November at the Chandler and Alma School location. Both workshops were really fun. Employees Susan, Teddy, Dave and one other woman did an awesome job leading the workshop. Thank you

Just after getting out of the Hospital I had to pick up a couple of things but could not get out of my truck. Jacob at Home Depot arranged for me to purchase the items and then they brought them out to my truck without a hitch. HOME DEPOT SERVICE IS AMAZING!!

If you leave your sale signs up and neglect to take them down even though the sale is over, with you must honor that price! I was very disappointed I did not get the full refund or sale price of the sign that was still up and I felt cheated even though the manager demands it when he goes shopping as he told me in a story about an Invicta watch sale! I Feel Home Depot still owes me $250 just like the sign what's posted!

I'm happy with the store cervices

I am new to Arizona and didn't believe the hype about hard water, but was severely mistaken. I was looking for a filter for my showerhead and Edgar not only helped me find one, but he also walked me through the instructions, when to change the filter and gave me a few tips on dealing with Arizona summers. Even though it was a small thing, Edgar's helpfulness really made my day.

I have submitted my concern two times and am tired of trying to get your response to my issue regarding your choice of contractors for installing my new dishwasher. I will now look for new refrigerator and microwave oven elsewhere

During my visit I found everything needed to make my son's patio look great along with a couple of beautiful plants. I have always had great customer service at the Chandler Home Depot along with assistance with the larger items.
