Everything I need for my home always go to Home Depot

Found an item today which is not available elsewhere. HD is usually my first go to store for home improvement items.

None of your employees knew how to look up history for a pro XD account and your customer service Department was completely clueless and couldn't even run a cash register

This is a very clean store and they had everything! If I had trouble finding something, the workers looked on their phones to see where and what aisle it was located!

I have been to a lot of stores and I have to say that Zoe is quite exceptional in the handling of her duties. She is professional, knowledgeable, and doesn’t make you feel like it was a mistake coming to this store to shop! She is the example more employees should follow and that companies should look for in their new hires!

Buying a $.30 cent bolt or a $998.00 tool box the employees are always 100%!!!!

We were looking for plants, flowers etc for our yard. The employees Rebecca and Freddy were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to order a garage entry door and Darien was my consultant. He was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions and made my experience so much better. I had previously gone to Lowe’s and had a bad experience thank you to Darrian I will definitely be shopping at Home Depot more often.

The best, simply the best. All of the employees were helpful, courteous, listened well. From the time I hit the front door, to the wonderful lady at the self checkout line.

I Was in the store today and had a very unpleasant experience with an employee That followed me around and accused me of stealing, in the middle of the store. I wasn't even near the doors nor the checkout lanes. I was in the store because I was having my oil change done and I had time to kill. I am a plumber and don’t often get the chance to go shopping and take my time at Home Depot. I had purchased some items and before I was heading back I decided that I needed to use the restroom. When I exited the restroom I grabbed an item that was in the aisle right next to the restroom and proceeded walking to the front. That’s when I noticed her following me AGAIN very closely and very obvious I continued leading her around and around an isle, because at that point i was very angry for being profiled and accused. As i got to the checkout she again accused me and said the only reason i was paying was because she “caught me”. I purchased a small toolbox and 2 utility hangars BEFORE i went to the restroom and i was accused of trying to steal an item that was in the aisle on the way to the restroom a 7$ scraper. I didnt take the item into the restroom to try and hide it and i wasnt even heading for the doors. It was an approved to purchase item for my work that was paid with a work card. I didnt need steal something i wasnt even paying for myself.

be careful when purchasing plants at Home Depot... the return policy says perineal plants can be returned within one year if returned with the original receipt and the root ball intact but when a return is actually made, a third party denies the return because it is out of the 90 day normal return policy... so Home Depot does NOT stand behind their own policies.

This store and it's employees foster a great culture. Always helpful and thoughtful of their customers needs

We were asked by at least 10 workers if we needed help. This was impressive, they were not intrusive in any way. They helped us checkout in the self checkout line and three worker spoke with us as we checked out. This is a great store, seems to always be clean and easy to find what you are looking for.

Great customer service especially helpful in the garden department.
