I was very happy with the returns help that I received. I had an item that I had for a long time and the customer service lady named Tami went out of her way to return the item even though it was over a year old. I left very happy with my experience unlike how I feel at Wal-Mart when I make a return-they make you feel like you are bothering them. Home Depot seems like they are happy to help you with anything even though it is only a return. I wish Home Depot sold the same items that Wal-Mart did as I would prefer shopping at Home Depot as they appreciate their customers!!! Thanks, Kathy

Store personnel immediately asked if I needed assistance, found the product and gave pointers.

Painstakingly matched my paint not only for color but sheen matching another brand paint limiting the amount of painting needed to cover drywall repairs.

I was greeted and directed by one of the cashiers. She was very knowledgeable of the products I was searching for and the exact location of the items in the store. This made my trip quick, easy, and very enjoyable.

These people need something to look forward to. They need motivation.

There is a Home Depot store that is closer to where I live but I get better service from this Home Depot store so I drive a little farther. The people that work at this store are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. On my most recent visit Pat in the kitchen department helped me and she provided excellent customer service. I have shopped at this store for appliances, plumbing supplies, lumber, etc. and each time it was a good experience. Keep up the great work!

paint dept.-faith-was able to identify best paint for our project and able to mix the color we wanted in DeckOver

I took my time purchasing, one step at the time, of several components I needed as I progressed putting it all together in the food truck I had parked on the lot. After five 'visits' back & forth from the parking lot to the store, having help from a couple of employees, I was able to complete the task at hand & drove away happily. Now that I finished the second half of the project at home, I'll go back to return two unneeded items. It's always a pleasure dealing with Home Depot.

I bought new kitchen appliances from Home Depot. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, nice and had EXCELLENT customer service. I would definitely go again to Home Depot.

I was very impressed by the level of knowledge and professionalism I experienced at your store in Chandler. I was helped by Mr. Claire Voss In the Pro Account department on a lumber order that had a few issues. He took care of the entire process promptly and with such a friendly attitude, that is rarely seen today. Great customer service will have me returning again and again to this store.

This Home Depot is awesome, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I'll drive the extra distance to shop at this store over other hardware stores.

It seemed like employees everywhere were far too busy to pay me any attention. The longer I waited the more frustrated I became. The only helpful person in the store was a very beautiful girl by the name of Cynthia who was working the cash register outside in the garden department. She saw me struggling to find items, came to my aid, answered a lot of my questions, checked other stores' inventory so I wouldn't have to waste more time driving, and made sure someone would help me load large items in my car. I was so pleased with this sweet girl that I just had to get on here and let somebody in charge know about the fantastic job she did for me that day. I will be returning to the garden department to redo my winter lawn and Home Depot has Cynthia to thank for it!

clean, nice and friendly associates products readily available

After buying a barbecue grill, I realized it did not fit in my vehicle. With guests arriving shortly for the barbecue, Sean, the assistant store manager, immediately volunteered to load it in his own truck and follow me to my house. A big thank you to Sean for outstanding customer service!!!!

The associates helped me with my purchase, i bought the display since it was the last one and they were very helpful in the purchase and loading it for me in my vehicle. Very very nice and friendly

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Especially to shop for tools. I enjoy shopping here even if it's window shopping. I prefer Home Depot to Lowes any day.
