The associates always seem like the project they are doing are more important than looking up at their customers to say hello or asking if you need help and when you do ask for help they send you somewhere else to get it instead of finding someone to come over and help you. The store is generally clean. Unless you make it obvious that you are looking to spend a lot of money they don’t bother much to help you.

very friendly staff not a super busy store so much easier to get in and out of. pro desk personnel knowledgeable friendly and make you feel like you'd like to hang out awhile.

Everyone at this store has been very helpful. Jon and Mary in the blinds department are great and made my whole experience a lot of fun! Would definitely recommend.

If you are doing flooring, the staff at this location are extremely helpful. We got our quote worked out with one person then when we went in to go over it, the person we worked with was amazing at going through it and helping us eliminate unneeded items and expaining unknowns to us. Continued support was amazing via the telephone.

Assistance there when needed: I purchase my softener salt from HD and I always obtain the assistance I need to lift the bag into my cart, and to have it transferred to my trunk after pulling up to the store exit. I do appreciate the help as I am not able to lift 40 lbs bags of salt!

The friendliest Home Depot

I exchanged two propane tanks at the Home Depot at Alma School and Chandler Blvd. about three weeks ago. I was suspicious when I lifted the two new tanks because they felt the same as the two old/empty ones I was exchanging. Gave Home Depot the benefit of the doubt, only to find out that I should've trusted my instincts. Both tanks I got that were supposedly "new", were in fact empty, or barely had any propane left in them. I paid about $43 for empty tanks. I told the customer service people there and they told me that I couldn't get my money back because they had no way of "knowing if I used the tanks and emptied them". So, another $43 later, I had to exchange the empty tanks for two more new ones. This time, they felt much heavier, and I hope they are full. For anyone exchanging propane tanks here, make sure they feel heavier and say something to the clerks at that time, or else you'll get screwed out of $43 for empty tanks if you give Home Depot the benefit of the doubt. I'll be taking my tanks somewhere else to have them filled instead of playing the guessing game at this store.

I have remodeled THREE homes through Home Depot! I love Home Depot!

This is the best Home Depot I have ever gone to. When you walk through their store every employee says hi like you are your neighbor. It makes you feel good. When you need help there is always a friendly employee willing to help. They do special events for their customers like hamburgers and hot dogs and cold water or soda. Its a nice break during the day. They also had specialists there to explain projects to you. I enjoyed the event. If you go into this home depot make sure to say hi to Angel she is the pro cashier. She has the world's best personality and will make you feel welcome. She will answer any of your questions. She loves her job and it shows.

Had a couple of questions and issues to resolve when I walked into the store and two of the representatives were exceptionally helpful and made my otherwise crappy day a pleasure. The first was at customer service the other in the Lumber Dpt. Both went above and beyond. Made my day.

I have purchased many things at this Home Depot from stove to dishwasher and even had my kitchen remodeled. I am happy to see such a clean store and impressed with the great customer service.

They are always very helpful here. If you dont know what aisle a certain product is, they are on top of it for you. Susan is the best, and has become like family! Keep up the good work guys!

Jim was super helpful when I asked him where the plant meters were. He even helped me pick out a few plants and rung them up for me! This store also had lots of plants in stock that were really well kept! Great experience!

I use this store for all of my home improvement needs, and they are always so friendly and helpful. As a recently single middle-aged woman, they have helped me out a lot!

This location has friendly, respectful and knowledgeable customer service. Somewhere along the line, customer service has been downgraded from excellent and friendly to nasty and unbothered. It is so refreshing to see people with smiles on their faces and willing to help. I love this location!

Anytime I need anything for the house or yard I go to this store. Staff are friendly and available for assistance. Parking is plentiful as are shopping carts. The store seemes always to have plentiful stock.

Just like the Home Depot in Queen Creek near my house, this one is near my mom's and it is always clean, we usually know where everything is and if we don't we ask and people are helpful and friendly.
