This is my HD of choice, not simply because it's closest to me. The folks in this store are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to spend time with me and my questions. They also seem to know where even the smallest items are located, when I cannot find them myself. That's often a frustration when shopping in general, when a store's employees are unfamiliar with the store layout. Overall, a clean store with enough product selections to be able to compare items and prices in person. Recommended!

Michael in the plumbing department was very helpful. He was knowledgable in various departments and their products.

I was able to find the products I needed and when I had questions, someone was available to answer questions and made sure all questions were answered before leaving me. The store was clean and well stocked. The associates were friendly and always helpful. Great store to shop in.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday evening. Two associates were particularly helpful: Garett and Destiny. Garett was great in helping me to pick out products /making suggestions that would work for my specific projects. I appreciated his listening skills and his ability to present the pros and cons of different options. When he saw that I did not have a shopping cart he even went outside to get one for me. Incredible service! Destiny was also very helpful in the check out process. She was efficient, friendly, and responsive to my requests. I’ve been to a few home improvement stores, and my experience yesterday was, by far, the best that I have had! I HIGHLY recommend this store and it’s helpful/friendly associates. They are a great model for what customer service should be like!

Home Depot is like a second home to me. I'm a real Home Depot Junkie. They treat me like Royalty when I go to the store. I get help from many employees. Sidney in Plumbing is just great. He solves all my plumbing problems. Debbie in Customer Service has been of great help on several occasions. I really enjoy shopping here.

Scott, Pro Loader, is a great asset to the company. He's always available to help.

The cashier Jacob was very friendly, he was nice enough to let my daughter scan a few small items she was very happy about that. This store is always friendly when i shop at this store compared to other stores i shop at

I don't believe I've ever entered this store when all customer service representatives didn't go out of their way to assist me. They consistently show respect and courtesy toward me and do not demean my ignorance about subjects some say are 'better left to a man.' Excellent customer service all around.

Instead of the usual wander-around-bewildered experience, tonight at Home Depot I was helped by five different employees, all very friendly and helpful. I located the items I needed (except for low inventory on one) in several different departments, got some wood cut to size, and sailed through the cashier line. I’m hoping this wasn’t a fluke—my expectations are now way up!

i WANTED TO BY A TOOL CHEST Milwaukee 30 in. 12-Drawer Steel Tool Storage Chest Model # 48-22-8530 THEY SOLD OUT there is or was 2 at lake havasu city az i would have to go there to get one it was not possible to ship to the chandler store so i could get it. It was like the store don't work with each other.

I walked into your location on chandler blvd not really knowing what i needed for my project. Jim came over and asked me if I needed any help and was very helpful showing me products and pointing me in the right direction. Very helpful and makes me want to come to this location over any other hardware store.

No matter what department I am shopping in - gardening, plumbing, painting, etc. - there are always knowledgeable helpful employees. The cleanliness and organization of the store is highlighted by the good product selection available. The frosting of the store, however, that makes everything else shine, is the great customer service.
