It’s an okay store. You find what you want if they have it and get out. Some employees are nice, not all. I have rented machines several times from this store and haven’t gotten my refund back. I’m still waiting to obtain my refund from a machine I rented. My recommendation if they’re system in down go rent somewhere else, because you are not getting the difference back.

A female employee asked if i needed assistance. At the time, I was looking for the restroom and she was kind enough to almost walk me there. As I stood in line to pay, the same female employee took care of my checkout. She was very friendly and courteous. At first she seemed a little shy explaining the details of the survey. After a small joke, she then felt comfortable and and finished explaining herself to me. Her name is Alyana "Nani". HOME DEPOT #1911 Cicero, IL THANK YOU NANI!

Disorganized, rude, not helpful.

If you’re remodeling or just updating, this is the store for you ! Google and Siri can locate something but can’t tell you about the products, they can ! My hat off to you 1911, consistently for seven years your service desk and install help have been amazing !

Charlie (CBM20C) the appliance sales person was awesome. She listen to my needs and found me the best product within my budget. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She should be recognized for her excellent customer service skills

EGO sent me to this location for warranty repair on my lawn mower. When I dropped off the mower, Gloria advised me not to leave the battery since it would likely “walk off.” I followed her advice, paid the $18.95 deposit, and returned home. I then received a call from the service department hours later saying they could not service my mower without the charger and the battery. I had to make a return trip to the store to bring in those items. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I get a call to pickup the mower. I show up 30 minutes later. I am told the total was $48.95 to replace a cable, and minus my $18.95 deposit, a $30 balance was due. I was told by EGO that the work would be 100% covered by warranty. After arguing, I requested to speak to the manager, Jesse. After waiting more than 20 minutes, Jesse couldn’t be bothered to come over and sent Ariel instead. I got nothing but attitude and was still charged to take my mower. The person who did the repair, Rodolpho, did the repair wrong. The speed control is installed backwards. The machine was not put back together correctly and when I pointed this out, they said that Rodolpho was gone for the day and I’d have to leave the mower there for it to be corrected. I decided due to the quality of work and lack of any customer service to just take the mower and pay. I will be following up with EGO to complain about the lack of knowledge your repair folks showed about their product and the lack of service and skill.

Poor customer service from the associates that you cannot find to the rude cashiers, lacks cleanliness, and is disorganized with garbage and clutter over the building materials.

Employers are very helpful and had answers to my questions. Cashier toni paid attention to my request did everything she could by directing me to the milwakee batteries which were locked up and by calling an associate to help me out. She noticed i was still waiting so she called again for an associate he also was a great help gave me some tips

I ordered an item online tried to return it to my neighbor HD. The Associates (2) told me since I ordered it online I had to return it to the store I purchased it from? huh. I was confused for many reasons but the two I remember is: 1) I ordered it online 2) it came from a warehouse So I rode all the way to the Oakbrook store and the wonderful Associate helped me with the return and said the others gave me wrong information. Training is HUGE especially front office Associates. Stores are closing all the time I won't be surprised if this location is next.

Good place to shop for flooring and home stuff. If you’re in aisle 5 ask for Leo! He’s very good at helping or answering questions.

The employees are very friendly and they make me feel very important. When I pickup items, I am recognized by name. When entering the store, I am greeted with a smile and given a sales paper. I have been shopping at this store for years. If I need advice on completing a project, I am always satisfied with the help given.

More stores need more employees like Ray. Went the extra mile to teach me how to repair my window screen, helped fix it himself, and the help is definitely appreciated especially with me only able to use one arm after recent surgery

Employees at the customer service section are extremely rude, unhelpful, and lazy. While myself and 4+ customers were waiting to be attended, all they were doing was laughing, walking around, and chatting amongst each other.

Store well organized and clean, including the restroom. Found product looking for, though display shelf inventory was low, may do to bulky item, and/or high demand for it. Everyone willing to help and friendly; including department, rental and floor management personnel.

The employees where very friendly, but they had NO idea where stuff was located. I was looking for 3 items, and I was told to look in the wrong place multiple times. 2 of the items I never found even with an associate trying to help me locate them. I will be avoiding this Home Depot in the future.

Been to it a couple times. The customer service desk has still failed to meet my needs at times. Some of the employees are not freindly and dont even ask if we need help. It was a lot of back and forth on my last visit (09/26/18) for a single item which took about 40 mins I would say. But overall its a decent place to find what you need, and im sure they'll have ( hopefully ).
