As usual, it is always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot. I can always find what I need.

everyone very friendly and helpful, never thought I would like shopping at Home Depot until I purchased a home, now have been 3 days in a row and the staff recognize me!

Well stocked every thing is easy to find and the workers are all very helpful.

Good place to shop, and find new things. People are also generally positive about working there.

Depending on your shopping needs, you may or may not get the level of expertise in your associate that is required to answer the question. Some departments have plent of associates that are quite knoweledgeable. Others only have one or two qualifed people.

Got what I needed and fast. I did a pickup in store and they had it at the service desk.

Very Good Experience as usual. s was a simple visit and I have no further comments

Kudos to store employee, Jamal! He greeted me at the door, personally took me to the departments I needed, helped me find the items I was looking for, and was extremely helpful and friendly, and made my shopping experience a pleasant one.

Great shop to shop for home set-up. One stopshop...

Cashier recomened I purchase the extended protection plan.

Cashier did not deactivate the inventory control tag even when reminded. I exited & alarm sounded. I was yelled at & chased after to retrive item. I spoke to the employees involved but they did not speak to me at all during this. All their responsibility & error. Poor customer service & relations.

Found everything I needed as always! Store is always clean and organized. Everything I need is always in stock. Very helpful associates

We were shopping for light bulbs to replace all our incandescent ones in our home. We were so fortunate to find your associate Stephanie to help us. There are so many lighting options, and she enabled us to make buying decisions quickly and wisely.

Flowers were just beautiful and selection was great

I am an 86 year old widow learning & having to do things for myself to keep my home looking nice.Thanks to Home Depot AND I am saving money by being able to do repairs myself!

Great store, the assistance has improved. Great to see more "normal" people working there. The quality of the employees has been lacking the last few years. Great to see it moving more toward the average person you might interact with on the street.

I am so satisfied with with the overall attitude of the associates at this store. It is truly rare indeed to pass an employee without an acknowledgement and an inquiry to customer assistance. Awesome. I will not shop anywhere else without Home Depot doesn't stock the item.

Walked in to get a key duplicated, the booth was right there, the attendant was friendly, and checkout was fast. Good day. :)

I came in the store on 4/14 very crowded but still had good service. It was very busy still got help and could find everything.

Store manager responded quickly to another customer who fell in the garden section. He seemed kind and considerate. Associate was quick to page him.

When we frist moved here from The Colony, last year, we were rather dishartened by the customer service at the Richardson Home Depot. I am happy to say that over the last year there has been a lot of improvement! Keep it up! We will keep supporting you!

I just started painting my new home and have been to Home Depot for paint and supplies at least 6 times in the last two weeks. Good location. Well stocked and organized. Excellent garden shop but you had to sacrafice parking to expand it.

There were many more employees than I have ever seen here at this store. They all more friendly than ever. There must be a new general manager. Thank you. Carmen
