Is everything clean and safe

So glad to have this caliber of a Home Depot store in the neighborhood. Lots of employees around to help and I am asked often if I need help before I have to ask. It feels like its 'part of the neighborhood' and will continue to shop here.

Great customer service! Kiersten was my cashier and she really put a smile on my face! She was efficient and so helpful. I always have a positive experience at this location.

Asked the price of outdoor umbrella told one price but only had the display models. Said display would be cheaper. Another lady came over said she wasn’t sure would get supervisor. Nobel, supervisor, came over said he needed to check. Even though he passes another three times he didn’t come back. After 20 minutes I asked two other employees who got another supervisor. The new supervisor went to check came back and provided a price. Then Nobel came back. I grabbed another item came to see how to pay for the umbrella and the two told me, actually the price was twice what they told me earlier. All this after 45 minutes

This store is located in Dallas County where, per the governor's order, facemasks are required for employees and customers, and, per that order, the business is responsible for policing the wearing of masks - fines are levied to the business at $500 per occurrence. Unfortunately, there is little policing and enforcement of this requirement by store personnel. Customers enter the store with no mask covering their nose and mouth then walk around the store with no face covering; employees don't address the issue with the customer and require that customer to use their mask or leave. COVID-19 cases are on a steep incline in Dallas County. THD need to make sure all employees and customers are following the guidelines to keep each other safe and flatten the curve of infection.

Best store with best employees

Great store. The survey has a lot of questions that don't apply to some purchases. You cannot skip those questions. You have to choose a department that you didn't like. That is unfair to that store. I placed an online order and went to Customer Service to pick up and pay for my order. No problem. Please correct your survey.

I just want to say to the Appliance Department Thank You so much for being the BEST! Jerra and Tom are so knowledgeable and caring. They listen to your needs and understand exactly what you want. They made my purchase and moving process less stressful by helping me make a good decision for my family's need. Thank you to both for always being so kind and helpful!

This store has a good selection of everything, The biggest problem is that it's hard to find anyone to help you.

There is nothing worse than having someone ruin your day unexpectedly just like that for no reason I live about a couple of minutes from your competitor but I always drive between 10-15 to your store. I do that for several reasons. I like that there is always someone around in case I have a question. What happened today was the following: I just needed to purchase a small box of nails but I ended up spending over $40. Although I couldn’t find the price on one of the items, I proceeded to the self checkout as usual. I found out at the register that extra item was pricier than what I thought. I looked behind me, I saw 3 female employees chatting at the main standing area. I waved at one of them to help me void that item. Instead of saying for instance “how can I help you”? She shouted “what do you need”? Her unexpected action made me upset to say the least. But I calmly told her I need to void an item. She ignored me for a moment and then took her time before she finally came to my register and asked me sarcastically again what I want. Although her bad manners were not justified, I told her one more time what I needed and gave her that item. I had to wait a while before she slowly voided that item… The thought of leaving occurred to me more than once but then my trip to get the nails would have been wasted. She didn’t even tell me when she finished that I can proceed with the remaining items but I ignored that part. I had to pass by her on the way out, so I mentioned to her that she was rude. She ignored me and turned her back before I finished. I turned around and tried to tell her again, but she walked away from that area. I really don’t understand what’s wrong with her and if she’s like this with everyone or just me, If so, why me? When I tried to look at her name to report her, she hid it and yelled again not to touch her!!! I felt at that point that I need to walk away and just report her. I went to customer service and asked to see the manager. James, the manager arrived a few minutes later and I told him what happened. After I described that employee to him he told me he knew who I was talking about. So I asked for her name, he said Cecilia. I gave him my name, phone number and my email and he said he will talk to her. I didn’t think he took me too seriously, probably because I couldn’t find the right words to describe exactly what happened because I was in shock. Anyway, I told him I am going to complain directly to corporate because I felt offended by someone for no reason, plus she’s less than half my age. She has a very bad attitude and bad manners. She needs to know that she represents Home Depot and everything she does or says reflects on the image of the company she works for. Maybe she expects the customers to help the employees and not the other way around. Or maybe, she felt I interrupted her chatting with her friends. Regardless of the reason, her behavior was unacceptable. I am very upset to say the least and I don’t think I will be going back to that store very soon.

Store was very clean. Every associate was helpful. Steve in the blinds dept was very professional, knowledgeable & patient. Best service I have had in a retail store in YEARS!

As I said this is a really, really Excellent store.. especially, because of Meredith, Jeanette and Robert..it’s all about the people....and they are the reason THIS IS MY STORE!!!! You have the choices of products I need... located where it makes sense. I rarely need help because I know where everything is... but someone is always there if I need them... friendly and caring. The associates know their inventory very well. The store is almost always clean and the people are bright and shiny... ha. This Home Depot is a great place... Thx.

Always found what I was looking for, wish there was assistance though, it could've been easier and faster.
