So few take the time to leave reviews when things go exactly as they should. I have the time and wanted to share that our family loves this location of Home Depot. Everyone is friendly, we almost always find what we need, and it's a clean store. Job well done.

I visit this store quite often and have always found the staff to be exceedingly friendly and helpful. I just walk in, tell someone what I am shopping for, and am immediately taken personally to the right location. Saves me a lot of time!

Two employees at this store, J** and J** in customer service, went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem of my own making. I am so very grateful and appreciative. I am a Home Depot customer for life!

This store consistently solves my problems by providing experts who are able to guide me step by step through a job I have never attempted. What a help that has turned out to be!

Went to check out and had issues with a product barcode. He came to the rescue of another employee who couldn’t figure it out. Stiles got it done, while answering questions from two other employees, then jumped and helped two other customers, then came back over to help me one last time. He thanked me for coming in and was awesome! That man had a great attitude, problem solved, and made me feel valued as a customer. If he wants a job in mortgage, I would hire him right now. Self-Checkout is stressful enough and him being able to address the issues as quick as he did shows how dedicated to excellence he is. I am very impressed.

It's the closest big box so I go there, but customer service is terrible.

Very professional and friendly staff members, who quickly helped me find what I need. And this is every single visit I make to Home Depot. Absolutely the go-to place for home improvement!

It was a little difficult to find someone to help me. A young person helped show me the location for what I was looking for but he had to get someone else with more experience to help me with my purchase. Perhaps he had not been there very long. He was nice, but just did not know.

Home Depot always has everything I need at any time. Very convenient store.

Was directed by Home & Garden to customer service for a potential mulch delivery. Robert was the associate I dealt with. Not sure I have ever interacted with a Home Improvement store employee as patient, knowledgeable, and friendly as Robert. Robert made it a pretty incredible experience and I probably ended up saving a ton of money because of him!

Robert in Customer Services went above and beyond to help us! We had a difficult request and he was patient with us and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of.

This location is a very good store always clean and helpful employees and I give time 5 stars. There is one problem that drives my crazy and that is the Loading Zones at are useless! This has always been a problem at all stores! It not really HD's problem but some Pro and Non Pro member seem to think it is there own personal parking area.

Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Betow from lumbervis awesome! Very helpful. Took his time to show me what I need, and help me to find the itemscI need although it wasn't in his department. Made my trip enjoyable. Will come back to this store because of him.

Cashiers have no clue and are not helpful at all.

Chris (Customer Service) went above & beyond to process my Returns; he took time to resolve the issue & called the Online Dept. to locate the item numbers for my items in order to complete my Returns. I highly recommend this location in Richardson (Coit/Campbell) for all your home improvement purchases due to their excellent Customer Service & give them 5 Stars A+++++ RonI appreciate

Kaurtney (Store Mgr.) resolved my issue 100% & she took the time/interest to ensure my complete satisfaction on a product return. She was friendly & demonstrated she genuinely cared about me as a customer & resolving my issue completely. She ensured I will continue to be a dedicated Home Depot customer for years to come. Robert T. Help me today with a complex order. He was amazing. I am 60 years old and this was far and away the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Robert outlined the choices I had in each category of my order and helped me decide what was best for my situation. He was polite, professional, patient and proactive. This guy kept calculations in his head about all forge details in my approximately 150 item order and each time I change the details of the order, tracked and adjusted his calculations of my order to ensure I had what I needed. I love this store. Robert T. is a champ!!!

I was one negative experience away from never using a Home Depot again. The experience at this location and the friendly manager has earned my loyalty. I drive right by 2 other HD locations to shop at Coit and Campbell

Everything was really nice & neat

Highly disappointed in the customer service my multiple associates in the same visit. If they don’t know the just say they don’t know. Not I’m unsure let me see if I can find out or even check Customerservice to see if they can help. Nope. Just I don’t know.

Personnel here seem to know their inventory, and are most helpful 98%. I find the younger Staff are quite eager to assist!

I have been shopping at this store for over 3 years now and they help me a lot I’m doing my COVID 19 home improvement Building a new fence 8 foot horizontal board on board And I’m the old man you see walking slowly

Won’t be back. Was told delivery of 2 toilets not possible, loaded 2 boxed toilets in small SUV, leaving no access to my backseat, no visibility out back window and I’m a 67 yr old female living alone. Can’t physically unload my car and was connected to a plumber who couldn’t get out for a week. Lost this customer forever.
