I tried to make two keys. One worked. I returned the bad key and made another key. It didn't work. I made a 3rd key. It didn't work. I returned it and got my money back. I'll go someplace else. Each trip to HD takes 30 minutes. You wasted 2 hours of my time and frustrated me to no end.

Jonathan, Alfredo, and the staff at Home Depot really showed me what it means to deliver great customer service!!! Thanks guys!

I asked for help with a roof repair at the Pro Desk and Bill Little took the time to walk me back to the roofing section and help me select what I needed to make my repair. After a few short time on the roof with the materials Bill selected I had a water tight roof again. Thank you for your extra effort.

Steven really helped me out tonight answering several questions about drywall installation, a product that will work best for where I will install it, and he gave me some ideas on installing a moisture barrier. I was impressed with his friendly customer service and knowledge. Also, Jaylen was patient and offered friendly customer service when I checked out today. Overall this was one of my best experiences shopping at the Depot.

The nursery is lush with a nice selection of well cared for plants! Made my day!

I needed some buckets for planting and putting my compost in. There was an event going on so all of the buckets were being used. The manager James went above and beyond to get me the number of buckets I wanted to buy.

You will consistently receive poor customer service at this location. Management spends most of their time hiding in the office rather than paying attention to details.

Kudos to Brian in the Lumber department!! I originally entered the store on a fact finding mission. However, when I left the store, the mission was accomplished.

We took advantage of the buy more save more sale and replaced both our washer and fridge, without really having a plan to do either tonight as we entered the store. They had an excellent selection for us to choose from.

This location is near my home. I've been shopping here for over 20 years. I am very disappointed is their lack of concern or interest in doing their jobs. I'm very patient and understand that working with the general public is difficult, however there is no excuse for flat out ignoring customers

It starts with the manager Rob, he has trained his associates to treat you poorly at this location.

One of their employees (in appliances/kitchen designer) made us feel like we were shopping at a high end boutique store rather than a “big box.” We are thrilled with our refrigerator & will return for more appliances!

So few take the time to leave reviews when things go exactly as they should. I have the time and wanted to share that our family loves this location of Home Depot. Everyone is friendly, we almost always find what we need, and it's a clean store. Job well done.

I visit this store quite often and have always found the staff to be exceedingly friendly and helpful. I just walk in, tell someone what I am shopping for, and am immediately taken personally to the right location. Saves me a lot of time!

Went to check out and had issues with a product barcode. He came to the rescue of another employee who couldn’t figure it out. Stiles got it done, while answering questions from two other employees, then jumped and helped two other customers, then came back over to help me one last time. He thanked me for coming in and was awesome! That man had a great attitude, problem solved, and made me feel valued as a customer. If he wants a job in mortgage, I would hire him right now. Self-Checkout is stressful enough and him being able to address the issues as quick as he did shows how dedicated to excellence he is. I am very impressed.
