Found everything I needed and using the app made it easier to find the items I wanted. The locations shown in the app were accurate and the store associates were helpful and nice.

While walking around the store with my list, I ran into 5 Home Depot employees and every single one acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. That made me feel special and swiped my Home Depot credit card either pride.

Every associate smiles when you look their way whether you need help or not, everyone looks willing and ready to help customers. Associates make sure you have everything you may need for your project and reassure that whatever you don’t end up using can be brought back

Employees are so nice, and very helpful! If I have any questions, they are always answered.

We bought LVP flooring for our rental home in Augusta that was messed up due to Hurricane Helene. Pam Grant, Zach & Tim Colli were so helpful to us. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise with most an acceptable quality with a few issues. Plywood did warp after painting and it was a huge problem tp get an exchange. I am elderly with no truck. I tried repeatedly to rent Home Depot truck but it was never available. They said to rent it online but it was never available. After many attempts, an employee told me the truck was unavailable because it needed several repairs. I wasted several hours trying to rent the truck before someone finally acknowledged it was unavailable. Very frustrating. I would have purchased more items but I had no way to get them and the delivery fee is too expensive.

I needed help finding several items I was going to use as Christmas gifts; Lucas helped me find what I needed and stayed with me until I had everything on my list. He was extremely helpful. Everyone in the store was pleasant and greeted me as I entered the store and made sure that I had the help that I needed. What a wonderful set of employees! I love coming to this store because of the Team of people they have working there. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

The three ladies that normally work, the pro check out are amazing.

Gail and Jean (not exactly sure of the two ladies’ names) were excellent in explaining new features on my washer and I would like to thank them again. I’m a senior (85 years old) and truly appreciate excellent service.

The Commerce GA HD had the items we needed. Michael, the manager in the department, was great ! Helpful in ever area of our remodeling project.

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered somebody there that doesn’t act like they generally enjoy their job. Everybody’s so helpful and happy and so willing to make sure you need!

See previous comments. materials needed were on third tier of shelving and inaccessible from the ground. No one was available to assist even after waiting more than 15 minutes for someone who said they would be right back. When they came back by I was told he had to load two more trucks before moving something 5 feet to allow me to buy them. I had rented a truck from HD to take materials home but could not get all I needed from store due to lack of access.

This store has the most friendly people and helpfull people.

I was shopping for an outside door and I received amazing customer service from Dan. I walked out of the store with a product that was infinitely better and less expensive than I thought I was going to have to spend and purchase when I entered the store. I went to home Depot because it's rival had an appearance and a tone that was in Stark contrast. Kudos to home Depot! I would recommend the store without hesitation.

I went to purchase a stand-alone shower package removing my existing tub/shower configuration knowing nothing at all. Marie Hunt/Appliance Specialist walked me through the process in ways that I could understand. She presented me with a myriad of options and configurations that were incredible. As we went through the lengthy process, I was getting excited watching this package fall together. Her enthusiasm, product knowledge, professionalism, and eagerness to serve was beyond reproach.

I always seem to need help and happily receive it from employees all over the store. If I ask for help in thr wrong department, they will walk me over to someone who can help.

Horribly managed store or lack of management is more precise. Employees standing around talking to each other when customers are in the need of assistance is a common occurrence at this Commerce, Ga location. Unfortunately there is little to no competition so as this being a top performing store is strongly skewed.

The flooring department at Commerce went above and beyond to ensure our purchase and installation went seamlessly. Even when we threw curveballs at them Kim and the staf was always happy to help us. Great job.
