I called ahead to check on a product. I was really pressed for time so when Sarah the Hone Depot Associate, knew I was in a rush, she walked the item up to customer service where I purchased it. She even ask if I needed her to pick up another item I needed to have it at the front counter also. Great job, Sarah, in making my day!

In the garden section I was buying some soil. There was only one price for this brand of soil. When I went to check out the item rang up wrong. I told the garden cashier the price is ringing up for double what is labeled and that the price can be seen from where we were.She said she couldn’t leave her post. Even though all she had to do was lean over the counter. She had me run back to get a picture I did and it took two seconds since it was in the garden section. She voided the sell instead of waiting and I had to wait in the line again. She then said I would have to wait for a manger. While I was waiting someone who they later called a vendor acted like an employee and told me I was not getting the price. He tore down the sign . I said we should leave it up for the manager and he said to bad and ripped it up. The manager came and told the cashier she could have down the discount with out him and told me there was nothing he could do about the vendor since he wasn’t his employee. Even though this guy was stocking and rearranging his shelves. It was a very bizarre experience

This is the rudest store I have ever been at.

All Home Depot's are nice but at 79 I find the Commerce store, which is smaller, suits my needs. If I can't find something, there is always someone to help, take you to the location. In the last four years I have purchased a washer, range, 2 handicap commodes, 2 rocking chairs, Whirlpool refrigerator, along with many, many small items.

The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and organized.

I have gone to this homedepot several times in the past month and a employee named Cash was very friendly and helpful to help me find what I was looking for I was in and out in min.she even helped me check out .in self check out

Phenomenal beyond words

Our refrigerator died right here at Christmas. Jennifer took the time to help us with finding a new refrigerator that would fit our needs. It was a very busy day for Home Depot but every encounter with an employee was pleasant.

I frequent this Home Depot in Commerce Georgia. I am always made to feel like a valued customer by management and associates I encounter at check out. I frequently encounter Katelynn at customer service check out and she always does an excellent job. Ms Bea has always provided excellent customer service too.

This home Depot store has more attentive and friendly store associates than some of the other stores we have been to. Store is also very clean with products well-stocked, placed neat and in order. This is now our go-to store!

Keith was fantastic! He took me step by step through the process and I left with everything that I needed and the know how to do it.

I have always received excellent customer service at this location. I have been made to feel valued as a customer. I spend a lot of money doing home repairs and I could spend my money anywhere, so it is important to me that the employees make me feel like they care whether or not I shop there and spend my money there.

I needed to get a light bulb for my back porch light. I walked into the store and was greeted by a very sweet young lady that directed me to the customer service department. I told her what I needed and she looked up the item I brought in to compare to the light bulb I was looking for and she took me to the Isle where it was located and helped me find the right bulb. My interaction with the wonderful staff made me a customer for life. It was the best experience I have had in a very long time. The cashier that rung up me sale asked me what I was going to do with the old bulb and I responded with (throw it away) she then informed me that Home Depot recycles old bulbs. She also informed me that I could take the survey at the bottom of the receipt. It was an amazing experience.

This store is to notch from the time you go in till the time you leave and everything in between ! The associates is the greatest asset at this store ! I’ve never been in when they were not helpful, very open to help and knowledgeable on not just where items were but how a lot of items perform and compare with others !

I bought 20 pine dog ear pickets and went out front to pull them. No good ones out front, no problem. I'll let somebody know. Let my cashier know who then promptly notified the loading folks to pull some for the front. 40 minutes later and no one came upfront to the loading area after numerous calls. Ended up getting a refund and leaving without the pickets. Cashier was fantastic though.

I walked I to a store with lumber that should have been sent back to where it came from. Not a straight board in the store. No epoxy on the shelves. No employes to help me. I had to help customers. I had to help employees push wood out of the store. What has happened hers. The management has failed the employees and owners have failed the management. Maybe a little more effort on providing good products and full shelves and not so much on sports teams would show the community it care.

I routinely use this store and there is no less enthusiasm than the first time I walked in. Jennifer D is an asset to your store and company. She never fails at making my day better than when I first walked in. I enjoy going to the commerce store as they treat me like family !!!

Derrick went above and beyond to help me. (Leslie is a great cashier and Sandra is very kind and attentive.)

Jenni K was Awesome at customer service. My item i bought was right on the money.

I went to the store this morning to find pellets. After searching the grill area several times, I went to the service desk for assistance. Jose was quick to help me. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me to the area, carried the bags to checkout for me, got a buggy for me to get the load to my car, and offered to load the bags for me. Best customer service I’ve experienced from this store. I wish all the employees were this customer service oriented.

See Nicolette and Jennifer they are amazingly helpful and made this the best experience I’ve ever had at Home Depot Commerce.

I needed two metal wreath hangers/ happy with the one I found. I go there for quite a few things.

Now their employees. are more attentive and helpful

They had all the items I was looking. Found a few unexpected sales item. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I'll be glad to shop there again.
