I WENT TO THE HOME DEPOT STORE IN COMMERCE/BANKS CROSSING THIS MORNING AND WAS GREETED BY JENNIFER AT THE FRONT DESK WITH A SMILE AND GOOD MORNING. I KNEW THEN I WAS GOING TO HAVE A GREAT STORE VISIT. JENNIFER TOOK MY ORDER AND THE GUYS IN THE LOADING AREA PUT IT IN MY SUV AND I WAS ON MY WAY IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE WITH A SMILE GO TO THE HOME DEPOT IN COMMERCE/BANKS CROSSING.

The store is kept clean and stocked and the Associates do a great job . We purchased a stove / range that was delivered to our home address . Unfortunately we didn't receive the range cord that we had to purchase separately . This cord cost me 32.85 plus tax . The People that deliver merchandise don't do a very good job . We've had trouble in the past when we purchased a Refrigerator with dates , times and orders not being correct . The people in the store do a great job but the Delivery Department needs better Supervision to insure that orders are handled correctly .

THIS IS MY HOME DEPOT OF CHOICE . I COULD GO TO TOCCOA OR GAINESVILLE JUST AS QUICKLY FROM MY HOME BUT I'D RATHER GO TO THE COMMERCE STORE . IT'S ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY .

THE STORE IS EASY TO GET INTO AND CLEAN . IT IS WELL STOCKED . THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL .

There is no one to help and the curbside “service” is a joke.

This is my hometown store. My experiences here are consistently good. I have rarely encountered an issue with something not being in stock. The employees are friendly and helpful.

If you pick up a part in customer service, open up package before you leave because they make it almost impossible to return it

Every time I go in the Home Depot of Commerce, GA, I receive excellent service. If the employee I see first can't help me , they immediately get on the radio to get help for me. I enjoy going to this store sometimes just to braze around to see what's new.

Justin and other worker in lumber went above and beyond my expectations on this trip. I’m a single lady trying to save money and do some DIY projects. They helped me get what I needed, cut the boards and offered suggestions on my project. Helped load my car with the lumber. Awesome and pleasant experience!!

Excellent customer service from Robert Woodard, millworker specialist, and Chris Wilson, store mgr. They worked with me over an hour and resolved problems from a website order. Paying attn. to details, diligence, perseverance, tenacity to see through to completion are huge! Increased workforce in the store causes this customer to want to come to this store and buy!

The Commerce store is always neat and the employees are very helpful. It's not one of those stores that you hate to go to.

The Home Depot in Commerce, Georgia is a well organized, clean store with very friendly sales people who look for ways to go above and beyond for the ones who come in and shop. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great place to find any and all of your building/remodeling needs.

Remodeling the kitchen and needed new counter tops. Rachel walk me through the process with ease. She was very knowledgeable and obviously enjoys connecting with people! A great asset to The Home Depot.

We have a great place to shop in "The Home Depot". I like to shop local and ask all my friends and family to also shop local.

This location has knowledgeable and helpful staff. This location keeps a good stock of inventory.

The employees always greet you with smile and ask how you are, always some one to get help and answer my questions, this is from entering the store to the cashier.
