Our washer (GE Profile ) of 14 years was about ready to break down. I was nursing it along. Decided to replace before it actually went. Went to Home Depot in Commerce. Worked with Kamie in the appliance department. She was very helpful. We discussed everything from impeller vs agitator machines, and specifics to Maytag vs GE. Ended up purchasing the Maytag, as made in America is important to me. Kamie was knowledgeable, friendly & helpful in making the purchase. Delivery is to take place within the week. With respect to other big box stores, you usually wait almost a month & could find yourself with additional delays.. Great experience thus far.

Kamie in the appliance department in Commerce was great to work with on a new LG refrigerator — helpful, friendly, professional. I called back after the sale with a couple of questions, and when we got disconnected at the end of the call, SHE called ME back to be sure everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. THAT's good service!

I came in tonight to purchase some materials to build some shelves in my walk-in pantry. I was looking and ended up asking Taylor in the lumber dept where to find 1x12x8’s. He told to which isle, said if I needed anything cut to just let him know. When I got to isle 14 a young lady helped to get the lumber on my cart. I took the lumber back to the saw to have Taylor cut it. He noticed one of the boards was messed up and said “let me replace this”. He was so friendly, everyone was super nice, said hello to me first. They all made my trip a great one. I’ve been here many times before and never felt this welcome or appreciated as a customer.

Leslie and Foua are some of, if not the best folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Both of these ladies helped me more than I could have ever imagined and made me feel at home while doing so. These two wonderful ladies definitely take pride in their job and make the Commerce Home Depot the best Supply Store around.

Best customer service of any home improvement store. Found what we were looking for and got the best price and service.

We visited the Commerce, GA Home Depot tp purchase a washer & dryer that we had seen on the website. We knew exactly what we wanted. The sales associate, "Kamie," was thoroughly knowledgeable She did not try to sell us anything other than the washer and dryer we had come in to order, although she did say that other options from numerous other manufacturers were available. The entire process took only 10-20 minutes, including scheduling an installation date, and we were out of there. Just ask for "Kamie" on your next visit. You'll be glad you did.

The Commerce Home Depot has great employees and well stocked shelves. The signs are large and easy to read. I can usually find just about anything I need without help but at least one employee offers help regardless. The check out ladies are very personable and friendly. It's nice to get that friendly smile and many of them will take the time to make sure to ask if you found everything you needed or if you need help loading your car.

The store is always a mess. The Associates don’t care. And I don’t seem to be able to get my Veteran’s Discount over the last several months. I try calling the store to speak with the manager, but I cannot get to speak to any human!

I wanted t find the Bayer Rose and Food product and no other garden supply in our area carried it. I was thrilled to find it at Home Depot and bought 2 containers. I've used one of them up already! This price was less expensive than any internet offering. Thank you Home Depot!

I called ahead to check on a product. I was really pressed for time so when Sarah the Hone Depot Associate, knew I was in a rush, she walked the item up to customer service where I purchased it. She even ask if I needed her to pick up another item I needed to have it at the front counter also. Great job, Sarah, in making my day!

In the garden section I was buying some soil. There was only one price for this brand of soil. When I went to check out the item rang up wrong. I told the garden cashier the price is ringing up for double what is labeled and that the price can be seen from where we were.She said she couldn’t leave her post. Even though all she had to do was lean over the counter. She had me run back to get a picture I did and it took two seconds since it was in the garden section. She voided the sell instead of waiting and I had to wait in the line again. She then said I would have to wait for a manger. While I was waiting someone who they later called a vendor acted like an employee and told me I was not getting the price. He tore down the sign . I said we should leave it up for the manager and he said to bad and ripped it up. The manager came and told the cashier she could have down the discount with out him and told me there was nothing he could do about the vendor since he wasn’t his employee. Even though this guy was stocking and rearranging his shelves. It was a very bizarre experience

This is the rudest store I have ever been at.

All Home Depot's are nice but at 79 I find the Commerce store, which is smaller, suits my needs. If I can't find something, there is always someone to help, take you to the location. In the last four years I have purchased a washer, range, 2 handicap commodes, 2 rocking chairs, Whirlpool refrigerator, along with many, many small items.

The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and organized.

I have gone to this homedepot several times in the past month and a employee named Cash was very friendly and helpful to help me find what I was looking for I was in and out in min.she even helped me check out .in self check out

Phenomenal beyond words

Our refrigerator died right here at Christmas. Jennifer took the time to help us with finding a new refrigerator that would fit our needs. It was a very busy day for Home Depot but every encounter with an employee was pleasant.
