Lacey was helpful and always willing to assist whenever I am at this location. She is knowledgeable and friendly and is always a pleasure to talk and ask for help from whenever I am at the store. If she doesn't know the answer to any of my questions, she would go the extra mile to get me to the people who would know them. Overall, I will continue to shop at this location because of Lacey and other associates at this location.

Excellent Pro Service. It doesn't matter how busy the Pro Desk associates are, they always make their customers feel like they are the only customer. The service is outstanding. John White, the supervisor is on top of things. It's obvious why he is the man in charge. He understands customer service and backs his team up.

Very easy to locate and buy exactly what I needed!

While I was researching windows and a door, the gentlemen in that department were most helpful in explaining the products carried at Home Depot, comparing pricing and mentioning upcoming sale dates. To complete the order took their time and patience which they gave with good humor and efficiency.

The visit was as expected. The store should have 2 restrooms the 1 is too far from garden area. Most people were helpful and friendly. some people didn't even know you were in the store.

I'm often in Home Depot here at the Concord branch. When trying to find things in a 'Big Box' store like this, it's hard to find things. So customer service is very important and they try and give the kind of service you'd get in small hardware stores. No easy achievement. Thank you Concord Home Depot management for keeping customer service such a priority among your staff and Thank You staff for helping me out as often as you have.

Kevin Worthen. He helps me every single when I need help there. He carried all the heavy stuff and upload them to my truck all by himself and he never accept any tip that I gave him, even I insist. He is a great employee made my all shopping experience very comfortable there. He is awesome!!!

As usual the entire store was a helpful as possible. It really helps knowing you have all the assistance you could need to accomplish your goals and projects.

Needed to buy two hanging pendant lights in 'carmel' color. All the 'carmel' colored globes on the shelf were darker than the display except for one globe. I asked the associate if I could have the display and he readily got his ladder to give me the display globe. He was kind, helpful and had a wonderful attitude! I have shopped at this store many times and have always been pleased with the environment and associates.

Terrific customer service in helping identify the right lawn mulch for our garden. The associates loaded multiple, heavy bags onto the cart and then straight into my car. And when it looked like I could fit more - I zipped up to the counter, paid for the extra materials while the associates pulled down five more bags of mulch and added to the car. They were quick and helpful and got me in and out within 10 minutes. Great experience. Thank you Home Depot.

Building 12x20 backyard shed... Found all the materials I needed and came back for a few extra items needed to work non this project. Thanks!

Repainting the interior of my new home and staining my backyard garden fence... rollers, brushes, wood stain, paints, etc

I went there to look for a new fridge. I found what I needed at a good price and was helped out right away. Easiest major appliance shopping I've experienced. Happy early mother's day to me...the universe was on my side today :).

Some of your employees need to be more willing to help and take the time to explain where an item is other than grumble and point.

I was in a hurry. John White helped me get exactly what I needed quickly so I could back to a messy plumbing job. I just wish he could have cut a key for me too. ONE key took 45 minutes to get cut...and it sticks! Sorry you can't be everywhere John.

I've always enjoyed coming to this store and love the garden section and the fact that the store is right around the corner from my office.

Associates were not difficult to find, and gave prompt answers. This occurred in each of the departments visited, including garden, plumbing, and electrical. The some aisles had some clutter and various items narrowed the pathway, but most were easy to navigate. Items were well stocked. The cashier was friendly and quick.

I needed a tool for just one job and one of your people walked me from where he was working to where I could find it. The tool that was best for my job turned out to also be the cheapest too, less than $10. This is exactly the kind of thing that makes me keep coming back to Home Depot.

Great store. Always my go to place! I bought my lawn mower and all my garden products as well as all my tools like my Milwakee drill set and my Ryobe table saw. I love this store. Word to the wise though stay away from credit card. Its a bad idea.

The store was clean and your employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Valerie was walking by and asked if I needed any help and she showed me where the padlocks were and which ones would work best for me.

I always find a new item for either myself or a family member that we don't have!

The associates that helped me the other night were EXTREMELY helpful - they helped me select the items, get the items off the high shelf, loaded them in my cart, rung me at the register, AND then loaded them into my car! WOW! So nice and friendly and helpful - this was GREAT! They were named Rudolfo and Big B - thanks guys!

I came in asked for product and was led directly to it by employee who was very nice and cheerful, plenty of registers open for 8:00am in the morning keeping congestion under control. Everything seemed very organized and well managed.
