I know I can always get the help I need at Home Depot - without feeling like I'm interrupting something.

Cant believe as big as Home Depot is they need some better help.

It is better in customer service than the store in Omaha on Ames 72nd Street.

I would e given a higher rating to this store as we received excellent help throughout the store. The downfall came when we went to checkout. I’m not sure if the gal was maybe sick or hungover but she was not very knowledgeable about the products and seemed to lazy to actually care.

Home Depot had just what we wanted and plenty of the item in stock. Employees were friendly and very helpful through out the store. The price beat another area home improvement supply store.

Great store, always plenty of items in stock, it’s a larger store that offers a wider variety of items as well compared to other hardware stores.

Great place to shop, have all the produces I need for my home, yard, and tools. This the the closet Home Depot to my address so I know where everything is located, so its easy in and easy out. Great store, keep up the good work.

I've had one visit to Menard's and 3 to Home Depot in Council Bluffs recently. Home Depot employees were available, helpful and friendly. Home Depot is now my home improvement store.

Home Depot had everything I was looking for. They have a great staff that are willing to help find anything.

Iowa location gives this store a big sales tax advantage over Nebraska stores

Ted B. -Assistant Manager, Scott Rose- Coach, Don Doty, Cynthia Sisser in Garden, Nick Godwin, and Terry (the Lot Associate). all helped me fix a couple of kitchen island drawers on Saturday. Gustavo, Cynthia and Trent J. all helped re-fix one of the drawers Sunday. Scott also got the name of an electrician for some work at home.

I experienced great, friendly customer service and highly recommend this store.

This Home Depot is a lot biter then it use to be. Before you couldn't get someone to help you find what your looking for, no one would help you load your items into your car.

I like the flower and garden section that has so many varieties to pick from. I also like the plant items inside the store since I garden in my greenhouse year around. Now the Christmas items have been fun and new ideas for outside and inside the house and church. when we need other items we usually find them at Home Depot.

Council Bluffs Home Depot has the most Friendly and Helpful employees. The kitchen designers are top-notch and helped us through the design process of creating a kitchen and therapy space that is accessible to wheelchairs and very functional. It will be a great space for our therapists and nurses to work on food preparation and other projects and with those we serve. We are all looking forward to the delivery and installation and giving the room a much needed makeover.

Associates in all of the departments are friendly, listen to questions, answer to the best of their knowledge or ask another associate if they don't know the answer, they go the nine yards to assist their customers. Love this store and the associates in it.
