                I would like to my extraordinary experience on 06/26/25 at Covina Home Depot. I purchased some lumbers, 2 boxes of screws, a 12” rebar, and wood glue. After going back home, finishing unloading of lumbers, I realized that I only brought back lumbers and left the others items in the shopping cart. I immediately went back, and of course, the bag of goods were not there. I was told by an employee to speak to Alex who is at check out counter. Mr. Alex was extremely nice to assist me, we went to customer service and we FOUND 2 items (rebar and glue) while 2 boxes of screws were on the way back to shelves. 1. It shows that the parking lot is routinely checkup, 2. Employees are trained well, 3. Items are promptly restore to where it belongs, and 4. Most impressed, Mr. Alex remarkable assistance of me to recover those lost items was exceedingly appreciated. Specially thanks Covina Home Depot management team.

                  Went to buy Refrigerator and Stove got $500 credit a $100 coupon and had a $500 Mastercard gift card and they would not allow me to apply it to my purchase. I should have canceled my order.

                    This is the only Home Depot that had the master build gravity series 1150 bbq grill fully assembled. The employees at this location was very helpful and professional. I will recommend this store a flagship store.

                      Henry is a great employee
                      Hello Mr. Casa, I was shopping this afternoon at your Covina store for a 4 feet U post. The shelf was out and one of your employee Henry from the gardening department said don’t worry, I can check if we have any more in stock. Apparently, there were plenty in stock but it was placed in the overhead bin which requires a fort lift. The guys were working on assembling the bbq grills and it was hard for them to move the bench and their tools. Instead of saying that he was unable to have the guys move the bench and tools, Henry went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the U post. He could have told me to come back later today or we can’t bother the guys while they are assembling. He made no excuses but to put his customer first. He told me that he is always customer focused and that he always place himself as he was the customer. I just can’t believe what he said. Never experienced this type of service. Mr. Casa, please do me a favor and recognize this invaluable employee. Also, you may want to pass it on to the other employees during your next staff meeting. Thanks and Henry made my day! Andrew :)

                        UPC code to wrinkled to scan.
                        Many of the plumbing parts (90s and nipple pipes) had trouble scanning due to barcode stickers that were to0 wrinkled to scan. Needed to call for assistance to enter all upc codes by hand. Took a long time. At least the parts were in stock, so thankful for that.

                                I was greeted by a young lady named Kimberly in the garden section who was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The prices are fair and the plants and soil that I bought really serve the purpose and look fantastic in my yard.

                                  I really like this store
                                  I have been coming to this store for a couple of reasons, mainly because I do the kid's workshop with my child. Also, because this store has friendly staff and I feel the staff is willing to help. Sometimes, I do find it hard to find the staff, but I think that's mainly a staffing issue. The staff that works there have always been friendly.

                                    There is only one exit to go south from the store and generally has many vehicles trying to exit. I would recommend another exit be added for going south.

                                          Came to the Rescue with my Online Order Issue
                                          I had an issue with ordering a washer and dryer online (where a bundle discount was in the cart the entire time, but disappeared as I submitted payment) and I had to cancel the order. I went into the Covine Home Depot to see if I could get the items at the price I thought I was originally purchasing them for. Olivia in appliances was warm and understanding of my frustration - and was able to help me do the order again, confirming the correct sale and bundle pricing, and get everything set up for a delivery the next weekend on my preferred date. Thank you for remedying my frustrating online experience and being patient and kind in the process.

                                                HOME DEPOT SUCKS
                                                I'm sick of these lazy entitled unqualified uneducated incompetent employees who treat customers so poorly I'm sick of it. And home depot seems to corner the market on people who don't deserve to serve the public. I've had guys in lumber tell me I have to go get something myself or look for something myself and they consistently across-the-board point and say it's there go find it, I'm busy. They roll their eyes, click their teeth sigh and refuse to Help you I'm So Sick of it

                                                          It took over 45 minutes to get someone to help. First guy said he needed to call someone to come and then left. I went to customer service after 25 mins and they called someone and they did not show up. Went again after 40 minutes and they had to call again. Finally Joe from gardening came to help and to see if he can get someone. The guy was on break and no one knew and failed to give me a heads up. The guy on break was nice enough to help me load the cart along with Joe.

                                                            Ordered an item. It was not fully delivered had to go in the store to fight to get it picked up and to get a refund and to get my order replaced on time before my install. Resolution has still not been made regarding the problem that I had. Natalie and Kim did a great job in trying to help. But I really wanted to speak the store manager who refused to see me. Cashier and customer service Christina was great and Moises and flooring was great
