If you need to find help and get out fast this is the store

I went to purchase a carpet and had problems at the register. Long story short, I was helped tremendously by Tiffany from Pro Services at the Covina Ca store. She went COMPLETLY out of her way to help me. The SKU number written on the carpet was not legible and she walked all the way to the flooring area and came back with the correct information. I spent 20min trying to get the information from different employees but Tiffany took the time to understand my problem and solve it. Ty Tiffany!!

To receive a Veterans discount you have to open an account online, download an app to your phone, find the QR code to present it to a cashier. First it ain't easy for us older folks second it doesn't always work as I witnessed a Veteran whose code didn't scan

this is by far the best home depot stores i’ve shopped at the employees were very helpful, and seemed to actually care about my building, plus the store was very neat and clean.

I visited HD to make key copies. I asked two different employees for help. They kept walking and said they will call someone else to help. A third employee, Nadia, walked by. I asked her for help. She stopped when the others would not. She was friendly and patient. I appreciate her taking time to help me.

Plumbing department associates are great! Paint department associates are great! Clean and well organized store. But the cashiers are rude and terrible women. Extremely rude and condescending. I feel bad for anyone trying to purchase anything October 29 between 4-5 pm. This place needs more self checkouts, because those ladies are the worst greeting, engaging or thanking. Either than that. Nice store. Clean and organized. It’s too bad they have rude people when purchasing and exiting.

Wonderful experience shopping at the Covina Home Depot. The Employees were all friendly and very helpful. The addressed my needs and I was in and out in a flash! The garden section was beautifully kept up, flowers looked fresh and quantity was sufficient. I definitely would return for all my gardening needs.

Just purchased in Sep.2021 New GE Washer and Dryer from Appliances at Home Depot and was really happy with the selection of products available. Excellent and Informed Salesperson and will definitely recommend to everyone.

I went into your store today expecting to spend at least an hour getting a new dishwasher. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Tanya Cardiel introduced herself and communicated where she's be if we needed any help. When we were ready, she cleaned the area and had us sit down to complete the transaction. She was very informative and lovely to work with. We were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes with a delivery date scheduled. Thank you so much, Tanya, for being such a great help today!

Horrible customer service. Reserved a grill for Father’s Day and they sold it right in front of my face to another customer. Staff is extremely incompetent.

The Associates at this store seem to be very helpful to customers. When I asked a young man (associate) to assist me, he seemed very cheerful and happy to assist. He was returning things on the shelf from a basket and I notice he was working. When I asked him for assistance. I explain I needed a certain type of Circuit Breaker for my family, it was really hot day and the AC circuit breaker dead. He looked for it and found it. It wasn't easy for him, he had to get a left, block off the axle, look for the part. He was determined to find it, and did. Thank you Homedepot. Great employee Jesse in Electrical.

The employees were friendly and helpful when asked for guidance. We found everything needed for our home projects. The sale cashier named Resa was very courteous and friendly.

There is always a greeter at the door, so if you need to know where to go for something, you can ask them. There is usually hand sanitizer and spare face masks is needed. The location is clean and organized. The associates are friendly and helpful. If I'm in a hurry, I try to go online to find the aisle and bin number so I can get my shopping done faster. I try to remember the location of commonly used items so I can move quicker because the associates may be helping other customers.

The employees are always very helpful and they know their products. The store is always very clean. they took covid seriously by sanitizing all carts.

My local Home Depot discriminates on not only legal US currency but appearance of customers. As a heavy tattoo guy I was purchasing a Makita 18v hedge trimmer. Made line and ended up in an automated teller , tried paying with the older 100 bills and it took just 1 but my total was 120 something. Told an associate he told me to try a human teller. Human teller was cool but I told here the machine would not take my C notes she asked Sam the head cashier . Sam didn’t even see the note and told me If the machine won’t take it we won’t. Asked for a manager, Genesis Molina tried the machine and told me did I try others establishment before hers trying to say in a few words that I was trying to pass fake bills . Then she said they had a lot of fake bills lately and told me to go to the bank I got them from and get new ones. When did old 100 dollar bill become illegal for private and public transaction? Never will shop in that establishment again .

Everything is perfect on home depot

I would not recommend this store if you are a person of color. I have never felt more humiliated in my life & had never experienced prejudice. The men & the tool rental dept Andrew & Steve made me feel this way. By denying me service after finishing with a customer not of color. I’ve been shopping at Home Depot since I bought my home 25 yrs ago & spent large amounts of money at all Home Depot’s. It’s a shame & yes I am upset no one should ever have to be treated in a manner where one is felt lesser than.

Stupid crazy stressful experience here. First of all the items I want have different pricing on them. Now I have to go back and get something else in my price range. Then I tell a associate my situation and says he will have someone from the lumber department to help me out. No one ever came back... THEN I go to self check out this young girl with short black hair perhaps had green in her hair. Makes me go to the line seeing no one is in self checkout and makes me walk back to the register. I wish I would of payed attention to their name tags but as I said I was already super stressed at no one helping me and the wrong price tags.
