I was not able to get my 5% discount from using my Home Depot credit card. This was very disappointing. Somewhere at the entrance they need to let card holders know, I would have gone to another Home Depot where they honor the 5% discount!

We can always count on the excellent customer service we receive at the Covina Home Depot. I really do not like going to other Home Depot's in the area as they just can compare to the Covina location. I feel so spoiled by the many associates that are working there. The one associate that stands out far and beyond the rest is Resa. She always makes me smile and gives me a good feeling at the check stand. I will admit, I sometimes will choose to wait in a longer line if I see her at the register!

Store is clean and well stocked. Associates i've encountered are friendly and ready to help.

Tiff the cashier gave me the best experience I have yet to have.

The associates at the store are very helpful and friendly. I go there often for garden supples, household products and fix-it items.

returning a water heater due to manufactor warranty was too easy. although i can in after 'the manufactor' working hours. lexie was helpful in allowing me to leave the water heater aside with my name on it so that i didn't have to bring the giant heavy water heater back home. heidi helped finish the problem i had last night in returning the water heater. in and out without problem. couldn't be any easier thanks robert

Products are usually organized and labeled appropriately. The are is neat and tidy and there is usually a person available to clean up spills in a timely manner. I usually seek out Resa because of her eagerness to help. If she is unable to answer a question, she make sure that I am referred to a person of authority.

Associates were really helpful eventhough at times they were busy. There knowledge of the item I purchased was excellant and even gave me better ideas. Eventhough I had to custom size my blinds I the associate was able to place in order within minutes. Excellant service!!

The associates are always very helpful and friendly, I spend a lot of time here.

Clean well organized friendly staff made recommendation that saved me money and got a better product for my needs.

My husband and I waited for the two associates, standing right next to us, to finish their personal conversation. Then, neither of them could help; neither looked to see if they could help; and, they turned their backs on us and walked away. HORRIBLE!!! I bet the guy at Lowe's will try to help!!

NOT EVERY WORKER AT EVERY STORE IS 100% KNOWLEGABLE, BUT AT HOME DEPOT THE STAFF IS QUICK TO LEARN/ASSIST/CALL SOMEONE THAT DOES KNOW IF THEY DON'T! I NEVER HAVE TO GUARD AGAINST BAD ADVISE, BECAUSE EVERYONE IS REALLY INTERESTED IN GIVING ME THE CORRECT ADVISE ON WHAT TO BUY AND/OR HOW TO USE A PRODUCT.

There was no one in the plumbing aisle that could help me with some questions I had about a product I was buying. Looked in the 2 aisles on each side. Not a soul could be found. I checked in with the cashier, and she paged for assistance to the plumbing aisle. While I wanted, I could see there were at least 4 more people waiting for assistance. Also 3 more pages were made for assistance in plumbing but no ever showed up. What a waste of time.

Very clean, very helpful and was will to help, and answerer any questions.

Actually did a lady's work shop, after the work shop was done then I shopped!! The store was clean, easy access to shelves, aisles.. the workers were friendly

very organized, people come up to me asking me if I need assistance.

Clean and friendly store, associates most willing assist early in the a.m., not show many associates to be found as the day goes on.

Good customer service and very helpful associates.
