The employees here were so helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for, and were pretty knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to and genuinely seemed to love their work and helping customers. This is what customer service should always be!!

Although it may be hard o fine someone to help u, once u do they really are helpful. They've taught me about the correct kind of paint to use. They've even helped me with my electrical problem. Great store to shop in.

everyone was very friendly and helpful. we were asked several times if we needed help which was great cause in the past we couldn't fine anyone to help.

Easy to locate the products you need and well done

I've been to this perticuler homedepot about 6 times this week because I'm working on a project,so lots of purchases, I'm amazed of how helpful and kind the associate were everytime, I must say I'm not used to this considering my visits to other homedepots I've visited, I recommed this homedepot to any who are looking for a stressless experience.

There associates are very helpful,especially Mrs.Sonia Casanova,she was kind patient and really made my experience a pleasure to want to go back to this particular store and I recommend others to that very store.

Customer service cashier volunteered to check my purchases out for me as I passed by saving me and my bad knee "valuable steps". Nice Lady !

Cutler Ridge # 207 is a great place to shop when you are doing a project. Most of the associates are very helpful when you can find one. Some go above and beyond to help. It is near impossible to get help loading my vehicle.

The sales associate was very helpful and I as always I was very glad to shop at the Home Depot

I CAME INTO THE STORE TO SPEAK WITH THE TOOL FOLKS OR THE RENTAL FOLKS ABOUT THE INABILITY TO REMOVE A BLADE FROM A RIGID RECIP SAW THAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM HD. WHILE I WAS IN THE SAWZALL SECTION A WOMAN ASSOCIATE ASKED ABOUT HELPING ME AND I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD A PROBLEM... SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS REALLY NOT THE ONE BUT SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE...THE EXPERT SHE DESCRIBED HIM. ENTER NATE FROM AISLE 15. WHEN I MENTIONED THAT I HAD THE SAW IN THE CAR, HE TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN... IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN THAT HE BECAME LIKE A BULLDOG WITH A RAG. HE WAS NOT GOING TO LET GO OF THE PROBLEM. HE EXPLAINED HOW THE TWISTING MOTION OF REMOVAL SHOULD WORK AND WAS ABLE TO PULL BACK THE COVER AND REMOVE THE BLADE. I HAD GIVEN IT MY BEST EFFORT AND FAILED. IT WAS HIS EXTRA MILE SERVICE THAT REALLY TURNED MY HEAD. GAVE ME SOME SORT OF LOYALTY TO HOME DEPOT... I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS EFFORT ... HE DID NOT NEED TO DO THAT.... HE COULD HAVE EASILY BRUSHED ME ASIDE... HE TOOK THE EXTRA EFFORT PATH AND FOR THAT I AM GRATEFUL. MADE ME SOMETHING OF A LOYALIST... AFTER REMOVING THE BLADE, HE REALLY JUMPED INTO ATION. RECOMMENDED AND CONVINCED ME THAT A POLE SAW WOULD MAKE THE JOB EASIER. I THINK THAT BECAUSE OF MY RESPECT FOR HIM I ENDED UP BUYING THE POLE SAW IN ADDITION TO THE RECIP THAT I HAD BEEN USING FOR TREE TRIM. MY HAT IS OFF TO NATE AND TO THOSE LIKE HIM WHO TAKE THE EFFORT TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.
