Lifeproof Laminate Flooring
I bought more Lifeproof flooring, which has proven to be an excellent addition to my RV. It is not only beautiful, but durable and an easy installation. Garrett, my HD Flooring Associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m super happy with the final results!! Thank you Garrett! You are awesome.

    Best Customer Service!!
    We purchased 25 bags of Quikrete concrete mix. Once mixed and poured into forms it was apparent that this lot of concrete was defective; too much rock and not enough “Portland” to hold rocks together. I called the Dahlonega store at 4pm. My husband bet me that there would not be a manager available. Wrong! The phone was answered on the second ring by MIKE who is the Operations Manager. He offered me a full refund for 25 bags of concrete and 3 bottles of cement color that was used but purchased in Dawsonville Home Depot. GREAT GUY AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      Purchased 35 bags of RED Vigro mulch on this trip (35 on previous trip.) Only one check out open in the garden center so check out took forever BUT there was numerous young employees outside that were assigned to load product. They were quick, efficient, courteous and just overall a delight. This was the best organized HD garden center I have been to. The product however was very poor quality. Half of the mulch was red, part was brown, part had sat in water so long it was rotten. I feel the the negative comments should be directed to home office or VIGRO not this individual store. Poor product. Can't put it back in the bag and take it back. Would I recommend store -YES absolutely!!! Would I recommend product -NO!!!

                An A+ Customer Experience at The Home Depot Today
                I rarely submit a review but there is an employee, Rick Blunck, at The Home Depot that deserves recognition for the customer experience he provided us today! He went above and beyond helping us and his positive attitude along with his courteous and professional demeanor speaks volumes. In today's environment you seldom come across the kind of customer service he provides. Thank you Rick!

                  Great customer service right?
                  I have a Home Depot pro account and on October 26th, I bought a new refrigerator for my cabin. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only two months. When I contacted Home Depot, they directed me to Frigidaire since I had purchased their 3-year warranty. Frigidaire assured me that they would send someone to fix the refrigerator within 3 business days. However, it has been 20 days and still no one has come to fix it. Frustrated, I decided to personally drive up to the cabin with one of my guys, pick up the refrigerator, and return it to Home Depot for a refund. I successfully returned the refrigerator and went to the back of the store to select a new one. While walking back to the front, the manager informed me that he had actually credited my account twice. Trusting his word, I handed him my card to rectify the issue. To my dismay, not only did I not receive a refund, but they also charged me again for the refrigerator that I had just returned. Great customer service right?

                    Staff is generally friendly if confronted with a question but seems uninterested in helping customers or going out of their way to provide a good store experience. personal teammate social conversations took place in front of me that I did not need to be aware of. Have better experience at other HD locations.
