Had to shop this store because they were the only one in the area that had the product in stock. Everyone I met inside the store went out of their way to say "Hello" and ask if I needed assistance. I mean EVERYONE! I even called my husband when I left the store to tell him how nice the employees in this store were. It was a pleasure to shop here.

Items found in stock should be more

During the course of a routine errand to Home Depot I had several questions about items for sale. Each and every employee that I asked was able to either promptly answer the question, call someone who came to help, or volunteered additional helpful information concerning that day's sale.

The store always neat and clean . Last time I came in Mary offered me a hot dog and asked if I needed any outside work like siding or roofing etc . I said no that I lived in a condo and did not need any but stiil gave me a hot dog anyway. Thank you Mary

Has most items in stock, however, I find the RT 1 store is better stocked and will sometimes carry items that this store doesn't.

Lisa.R is a very delightful lady always bright and happy. Also has a lot of information on ice melt as she was explain Lisa.R had a crowd listening to her about the difference between the 2 kinds of ice melt that was in the store.

Lisa R in garden is a very delightful lady to see as soon as i walk into the main door and see that smile on here face.

The cashier Tina who is the regular one for the contractor door register is awesome.

If you like being treated like a criminal when checking out, shop this store. Otherwise go to ANY other home depot

Let me describe my experience at the store during my visit. I parked my truck near the garden center because I was there to pick up some wood pellets and a couple of small items. The garden center doors were closed so I had to walk down to the main entrance, not a big deal. Then I went to the garden center and loaded my pellets (with a bad back) and then had to push the heavy cart all the way to the opposite end of the store to get to a register that was open, (the isle from the garden center to the register was cluttered with black Friday sales and everybody that was checking out the sales). I get to the register and the cashier has a cast or her arm and very rudely told me that a bag needed to be flipped so she could scan it. Then I had to walk all the way across the parking lot to get back to my truck. I also had a man on a pallet jack ask me to move so he could get in front of me with the truck, I think he should have waited for me to finish what I was doing

Great store

The store in Danvers East always seem to have employees who are eager to help and very friendly. If a product seems to have run out at its location, they are more than happy to get ladder to seek out what I need in the overstock above. The cashiers are also on hand to help out either at the self checkout or at the manned registers.
