The garden staff is very friendly. Although they could use some that are more knowledgeable about plants and gardening. Store is well organized and in the past when I needed assistance loading, they were able to help

This store is very well laid out and the staff ( Shelly, Stacey, and Tony)at the pro desk are the best I have ever dealt with. The loading help Mark is always around to help and he is always smiling

the store was clean and the product I was looking for was there and easy to find. the only thing I was disappointed in was there was no help to be found.

Sometimes I am just looking around and find a great value on plants and shrubbery for the home.

The Stores are as much fun today as when i moved to Atlanta in 1993. Associates are great, products work as advertised and are usually priced competitively. I don't even mind taking their surveys, but they need to fix their surveys to add the category N/A or not applicable. You are forced to pick a category from Extremely dissatisfied to Extremely satisfied when the category doesn't apply. I have added this comment to every survey I have done, and I visit HD at least 1-2 times a week. Unfortunately, i think the people interpreting the results are the same ones that need to add the "N/A" category. Hoping putting this in a review will finally get someone to do something about it

Happy with help on returns and on finding new products to replace with assistant. Very friendly and several were available on floor to help locate specific products and needs.

I came looking for an Aloe plant, and although I did not find one, the staff was very nice ( Especially Destinie) and I ended purchasing other items.

The Dawsonville store should be the benchmark for how Home Depot stores are laid out and ran. It is nice to be able to look into a bin and actually find what you are looking for. Departments are located in logical locations in good relation to other Departments and checkout aisles. Employee retention is very good here so that the next time you come in you can talk with the same person you saw the last time you came in. If you do order something here on line for pickup you can be assured what you ordered will be here complete and ready for pick up at the checkout line. All in all other Home Depot managers should come to Dawsonville and see how a store should be run. Especially the Jasper store.

I've had a re-occurring problem with the Echo Blower that i bought at H.D. Ted, in your rental and repair department, has always been extremely helpful in diagnosing and repairing the problem.. it took several visits, but i think he finally has it solved. What a patient guy!! He's a great employee to have on your Team!

I found exactly what I needed. Was looking for a plastic recycle can. I knew the general area it was in. When I got there an associate greeted me and directed me to the aisle immediately. In and out in a couple minutes!

I had a question upon arrival. Quickly found a staff member, who quickly answered my question. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Check out clerk was especially friendly and polite.

I have to say, normally when I go into a store I know I am going to need to ask for help. I have four kids and walking around the store trying to find the things I need with all of them with me is usually a disaster. I am "that woman" who just goes straight in and looks for someone in orange. At some other stores, this has taken a while. Not this store. I had several associates check on me and help me. Not only that, they knew what they were talking about. They appeared to enjoy their job which is very pleasant and always make the buyer feel more at ease. I got everything I needed and feel very good about my upcoming projects. Thank you Home Depot!

Most days there are plenty of people to help. The store is clean. The new carpet display for the life proof carpet is hard to get to samples and to see the choices available.

Dawsonville Ga. The Home Depot store is always a pleasure to shop at !! These Associates treat you like family !!!!

Regardless of what my husband and I are looking for or purchasing, this HD is top notch in customer service, especially when we have questions about their products. No question goes unanswered, and associates are always willing to help with a sincere caring attitude for their customers.

It was the Home Depot box store. The only really bright spot is that they don't seem to harass you about Home Depot credit like some other locations do. As a handicapped individual, I find this very helpful.

Good overall experience - wanted to ask associate some help questions but felt apprehensive to do so based on his countenance...reason for four stars. May be a one off experience as my experiences here were generally excellent!
