I was helping a friend repairs some plumbing issues he had at his home. I was grateful for the assistance that I received at Home Depot. I was able to get the parts I needed and had to make only one trip. Thank you Home Depot for your help.

Helpful staff and convenience to my house! Name brand produced

My house paint was at least 7 years old and I needed some stucco paint for touch-up. Tim did a superb job matching the paint to the small chip I brought in to read. I didn't know it was possible. He saved me a total re-paint at this time. Thanks Tim!

I was having a difficult time online ordering a dishwasher install so I decided to call the Destin store direct. I had a great sales associate, Kay, in the kitchen design center who helped me purchase and pay for the dishwasher with installation in a few easy minutes. She was a breath of fresh air with wonderful professional customer service skills.

The gentlemen that helped me was knowledgeable about all the products in his area and was able to assist me with pricing and quality of product. He was also able to complete the transaction in the department and set up a delivery date. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Help from first assistant was at the least slow if any but when Bonnie approached it was a whole different ball game. As she went out of her way to help from start to finish and that included more than just us in the process.

I checked out at the Pro cashier and, although I did not have a pro account, she helped me with my situation. I have rentals and have to "redo" things from time to time. It would really help to have the address printed on the receipt. The sales associate provided the "extra effort" to tell me how I could do that. It was greatly appreciated and will make my shopping at the Home Depot easier next time.

I completed a purchase of appliances by telephone with "Larry the bomb". I had had great difficulty in making my purchase on the phone with other companies, and I was delighted that this was so easy.

I have used Home Depot in the past in several states and they are my favorite DIY store. My last major project (kitchen) $27,000. almost ruined my of ever returning to HD ever again. But due to traffic frustrations I had no choice but to return and I have been pleasantly pleased for now. I am still weary. It is the same company; but different people. You are only as strong as the associates who are running your organization. You have some invaluable assets right now. KEEP THEM!

Home Depot Destin is my home away from home. I never usually get excited about spending money or attempting to repair things for that matter. That was of course until I ventured into Home Depot Destin a few years ago. The best thing about this store are its team members. Several I've known for years before they began working at Home Depot and they treat me like family, not the bumbling no mechanical skills person I really am. Whenever I have a question on technique, or what to purchase to make repair easier, if they don't know they go find the person that does. I was never a good shopper for paint either, the team members in the paint department are fun, helpful and have a good eye (or at least better than my eye). Home Depot's slogan "More Saving. More Doing." is true in some aspects. I am not doing more saving as I am buying more, but I am certainly "More Doing!" I was fearful of a bigger retailer taking away from the local hardware stores but Home Depot has its fit. It employs people of my community that I know, it's a fun place to shop and I always find what I need as they seem to have unsurpassed product availability. Then one time they did not have what I was looking for in stock, the associate removed the item from a part of a display, said to try it - no charge. Home Depot has become my neighborhood hardware store.

Home Depot always seems to have a selection of what I'm looking for at a good price. They have enough associates that you can get help when needed.

I went in looking for a few specific items and right away a store associate was there to help me find my items. She was knowledgeable about the items and new exactly where they were. She even pointed out the differences in the various brands offered. Made my visit quick and easy with no problems. Thanks Home Depot associates:)

Home Depot is the first place I come for all of my home garden and landscaping needs. Friendly and knowledgeable associates that know what plants work in this area.

A store associate greater us while we were looking for 3-way LED light bulbs and offered her assistance. She pointed out the choices available. When we decided on a particular kind, only 3 were on the shelf. The associate checked stock and was able to locate additional bulbs and get them for us in a few minutes. Great prompt service!!
