The Destin Home Depot has always had a friendly staff. There's been a lot of new faces over the years but we live in an area where you find that in most places. They have a great design team. Mr. Bell has been there since the store opened. Also, they have taken many strides to ensure that their customers and associates health is a priority. They were one of the first businesses in the area to have social distancing and now all of their associates wear masks. I realize that a lot of people aren't concerned with that in our area but it is important for the safety of everyone. Anyhow, I've shopped here for many years and have always enjoyed my experience here.

The store was super busy the day I went in. I purchased multiple types of pipes and accessories and Russell checked me out without any issues or confusion.

The Destin garden section almost always has the plants I am looking for. I typically never have to ask where plants are located. Today, however, I did and Russell was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what I was asking for and where it was located. He was also very efficient on ringing up my large plant purchase. Thank you Russell!

This store help us cut a board to the exact size we needed. The other store we went said they could not do that. They said we needed to buy the whole board. That would be wasting good lumber.

The Flooring Specialist Design Consultant and the Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant are very professional, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. Go see Tonja Wilson in the flooring department. She is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure you are completely happy. She even has some great decorating ideas that will help your project look amazing

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve been in Home Depot. It feels like they’ve upgraded their atmosphere and products. Also on a Saturday afternoon was offered help in every department I lingered in.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

In the store for faucets and sinks. Had the assistance of 3 employees. All very nice and seemed like they had nothing else to do but help me.

I am always greeted with a smile and all of the employees always try to go above and beyond by not only telling you where something is but actually taking you to whatever youre looking for. Great customer service!!

Gail, cashier at the pro desk , is the most amazing cashier I have ever had the pleasure to take care of my needs. Extremely friendly, very personable, and if I have ever had any issue with a product , she would call the section of product and iron it out . She must DEFINITELY be a keeper for Home Depot

Most of the employees are rude and unconcerned about helping customers.

We love this store but miss the check out cashiers now that we're having to do self check out. Please have one check out cashier at all times.

You have a few exceptionally helpful staff, such as Jeff in the paint dept. unfortunately, I had a VERY unfriendly cashier! But that won’t stop me from shopping there!
