7 mile & #2781 Detroit is the best neighborhood store for me, in the pass five years of shopping at 7 mile I have only had one visit that the product was not in stock. Love 7mi Detroit store.

EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT SOMETHING ! I FIND WHAT I NEED WHEN I SHOP THERE, MAYBE ONE TIME EXCEPTION OVER THE YEARS .

Associate (Maxie) was friendly and helpful with what I was looking for.

This store has improved drastically. The store is clean. The parking lot is clean and the staff is helpful and polite. Dramatically different from The store it was six months ago. I am loving the effort and improvements, and will continue to make this my home for all my improvement needs.

I arrived at the 7 mile Meyers location to request a refund on gas range that I canceled and Carol assisted with a pleasant smile and expedited the process getting the refund completed.

I just purchased a Household item today, and I shall receive it some time next week.

Waited almost hrs to do some equipment rental bc I was told the associate was on lunch then after all that time no associate available... Just Terrible

I went for window treatments and the worker was so busy answering his phone and discussing his personal affairs that he cut my shades incorrectly. I’d already had to wait 15 minutes for him and I had to bring them back. $4 gas, lost time. The worst!

Hello all . Home depot always carries the items I look for and normally it is just a routine experience , not looking to be treated special or anything just get my product and go . But this last experience was the last experience for me at this store . Living in Detroit I try to shop Detroit , but this store is in disarray and dirty . I do not know they are just lackadaisical and the shop is dirty. Livonia or Caton for now on .

The cashier made the effort to summoned additional staff to aid me in retrieving items from a challenging shelf. In addition, the same cashier brought one of my forgotten items at the counter, to my car in the parking lot. Customer service I appreciate .
