This has been the best home depot i have been at so far its close to my job the have what i need and what my company need it makes it easer for me all round thank home depot !!!!

This store was by far my best experience at a Home Depot. The staff make all of the difference. Every staff member I interacted with immediately answered my questions and led me to the product I needed. Love this store.

If you are looking for Milwaukee power and accessories this is not the place to go, many empty shelves in store

Great Home Depot, not crowded and helpful staff!

this home depot store in comparison with its other miami location is by far the best one. it is always clean well stocked and has very courteous staffing. items are organized and it is easy to find your way around the store.

New Home Depot is much better than the store in Bird Road, not as crowded and staff was available to assist with purchase.

This store is horrible, nobody really knows what they are talking about, everyone has an “entitlement attitude”, and good luck getting anyone at the appliance section, they are always “at a meeting”. I won’t come back to this homedepot

Really nice and clean, I always find what I need. Employees need to be more handy because every time i need any help need to go around looking for someone to help.

The store was extremely clean and organized. Easy to find everything I was looking for and when I couldn’t everyone was very helpful. My cashier, Ricardo, was extremely nice and made conversation while ringing the items up. Overall a great experience, thank you.

The best Home Depot ever

I like this store, is spacious and a lot of employees, then is easy to find someone to take care of customers and help to find the products...

i went to buy flowers and materials for my son's school Garden. since i do not know about it... i asked for help, and between Olga and Chris, the employees of that shift ( AM time), they did a great job, explaining me how and what to choose from ... is like we did all shopping together... it was a community service. Katelyn was the cashier, super fast and friendly. thanks to all.

Approached a cashier I said “good morning how are you” being friendly, and he rolled his eyes and ignored it, finished the transaction upon giving my change he just left his station to talk to his co workers on a Fork-lift and disregarding me as soon as sale was over, I didn’t know this store didn’t train their cashiers with simple manners

Always stocked well, very clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is also very good for what it is worth.

THE HOME DEPOT POLICY OF GIVING RETURN TO THE CUSTOMERS VIA A STORE CREDIT CARD, WHEN THE CUSTOMER ORIGINALLY PAYS WITH THEIR DEBIT CARD, IS ABUSIVE. MANY OF THE STORE CARDS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS ARE LOST OR FORGOTTEN IN A DRAWER SOMEWHERE AND THE MONEY IS NOT USED. THE STORE IS THE ONLY BENEFICIARY. IF A CUSTOMER PAYS WITH A DEBIT CARD, CASH OR A CREDIT TO THE USED DEBIT CARD SHOULD BE GIVEN. THE ORIGINAL DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS BY THE CUSTOMER IS AS GOOD A CASH AND IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH.

The best Home Depot in Miami!

This is the best Home Depot I have ever visited. Its workers provide an excellent customer service.

Very nice and helpful worker

This store is located in a very important location, Doral. Even thou is a bit farther than the one in Bird Rd., I prefer to go to this one. It is cleaner, well organized, well stocked and the people working there you can ask them questions without being mislead like in other places.

Friendly employees

The store is fine, however the staff is not helpful, not interested in any type of interaction and does not wish to speak English to you. Not a matter of not knowing, just won’t.

Placed an online order, which was received with missing and damaged parts. Spoke with the online representative that tried to make things right by providing me with the opportunity to do a store pickup. Since the product that I originally ordered was no longer available, explains the used product I received, I was offered a different product at the same price...or so I thought. The store tried calling once, did not leave a message and cancelled the order because they were out of stock. When I called online customer support, they could not figure out how the other representative was able to get me the product for the same price I originally paid and was told that I would still have to visit the store to receive my refund.
