Very good deals and the store was pretty organized.

We were planning on simply running in and grabbing a new Christmas tree for ourselves. We found exactly what we needed at a very good price. We were able to locate the tree we wanted fairly easy and brought it up to the registers. Once at the register though, our experience changed drastically. The associate had a wonderful level of energy and enthusiasm you rarely see anymore. They turned a standard shopping experience into a memorable event of the day. The world needs more people like them.

They always go above and beyond in providing customer service. I am always blown away every time by their efforts to help giving advise,loading materials, getting all I need. I love going to home depot. It's always positive experience.

Alyce in appliances was helpful. She took the time to show me dishwashers available in the price. point I was looking at. She help make a informed decision. I would recommend her to friends and family if they were looking for a new appliance.

I wanted to buy the MT-22 ladder. HD’s website said there were 6 units in stock. At the store, however, the shelf was empty. An HD associate confirmed there were units in stock, but none at the shelf, and none nearby either. He tasked someone to find them. I waited. Another HD person came by looking for the ladders. Finding none, he hinted it would take a while to find them. I headed out the door. I came across the first HD person I met. I said I would return later. HD would have to restock that shelf anyway, I said. The HD person assured me they would restock the shelf. What happened upon my return? Still there were no ladders in sight and I had to restart from zero wasting my time and that of the HD person who picked up the slack of his two colleagues. This shows HD’s mindset. If a customer points out an issue (empty shelf) you would think HD wanted to fix on its own, the empty shelf may remain as long as no one points it out any longer.

Sales Associate knew exactly what my problem was when it came to my pressure tank attached to my well pump. Save me $$$ as I was just going to replace the pressure tank when all the problem was a defective switch!

The store should have more willing associates to help.

I went over to the tool area and was looking at 18v drill kits, powered band saws, drill bits, etc. I had a question about the Milwaukee tools I spoke with one of the actual reps for that brand of tools. That was AWESOME because of his knowledge about the different types of tools. He helped give me piece of mind that all of the tools that I purchase for my company will have warranties and if something goes wrong with these tools I know who to call !! I was so happy with all of the new TOYS I bought I passed his info to family, friends, and all of the others trades my company works with on hundreds of different projects. All associates are always there to assist, They are aware of the difference between home owners and contractors. All items are easily found and products are great. Today a reload on ZEP products and a Star Shower for outside around the Holidays. Today checking out the young lady Dani at register greets her customers with a smile and a great attitude. I have been going to this store in Dover, NJ for many years. They have always been helpful in finding things and they have been helpful in providing help in solving problems I have had on my home.

I have always been satisfied with this store and location. The associates are always helpful and able to help me find what I need for my projects. The selections both at this locations and online are wonderful. I like the DYI projects ideas, this site has been the inspiration for some of my projects.

There are other Home Depot stores in my area but this is the one that I prefer. Everyone in the store, from the greeters, to the customer service personnel, to the department reps, to the cashiers are always helpful. If nobody is available in the departments, simply notifying another representative fixes that. Its a very cool store. Very clean, well lit, well-organized and plenty of inventory.

The plumbing department was massive with a lot of different products on the shelves. I needed an associate to help find the correct coupling in fact two associates helped for a while. A perfect match was found and the price was great.
