Extremely helpful and honest employees at this location. Very willing to help you with any job or question you have on any project you may need assistance with.

Friendly staff and Lynn C. was great at checkout. Even helped me make up my mind to finally get a Home Depot card. Store was clean and being newer shopper, as I will not shop other home improvement stores again, things were organized well just will take a bit to learn the layout.

My checkout person, Karen L was most helpful and friendly.

Be sure and watch prices. What is displayed on the shelf is not what rings at the register.

When entering the store we were immediately asked if they could help us find something. We asked for several things and were told the exact location/aisle #. Found items we wanted with ease. Had everything we needed. To the first employee when entering and the people at the checkouts, we thank you for a great shopping experience.

Staff was well informed about, not only their area, but location of other products.

We worked with Lizzy in the paint department. We were trying to match a stain color. She was very patient and helpful. Very good employee!!

Just completed a flooring project and from service in the flooring department, pick up of the product, scheduling installation and the actual install job it was AMAZING. Thank you HOME DEPOT for having quality products and AWESOME staff.

The store was clean, friendly employees, had no problem finding help when I needed it. Checkout was easy with the help from Karen.

Mark in plumbing was great helping me solve a toliet problem. Fixed myself and did not have to call a plumber. Karen at check out was great too. I forgot my wallet and she held my purchase until I returned. Both Mark and Karen were a delight to work with. Good humor, knowledgeable and understanding.

This is a clean, well run store. The staff are available, courteous, and knowledgeable. We are new to the area and this is a step up from our previous hardware store.

Went to this Home Depot to get a gas grill to use as prize for golf outing. We were able to get $50 taken off the price. Home Depot is the place to go for my needs.

The sales staff is always helpful. However, the team at the Customer Service counter (CSR Madison and Asst. MGR Crystal) help solve any issues I have. This keeps the service level at Excellent and keeps me as a loyal customer every time. I highly recommend shopping here. Don't forget to bring your Mil-ID card or copy of a DD-214 for your veteran discount.

Customer service was above and beyond expectations as I ordered a custom door. Katie even went 40 minutes after her shift ended to help me complete my order. Very Impressive!!

I've been shopping at the Appleton East Home Depot for several years, I have never had a bad visit! They are extremely helpful and friendly. We have other stores nearby I could shop at that offer the same or similar products, but neither one can compare to the friendly environment Hope Depot has!

So usually I have an ok experience with this store. I went in the other day and asked for help at the pro desk and was left standing behind another couple for about an hour. At which point a worker finally decided to ask if they could help me. After which he stated this isn't my job to help I just load trucks but I will give it a shot. Then we finally got a manager over after another 30 min. to help overide some things and told me I could get an extra 11% on top of free delivery. So checkout time I walk up to the lady at the counter she scans my project sheet and tells me my price, at which point I explain very slowly that I was told I would receive an extra 11%. She looked at my and with the snappiest tone and mean mug told me that I couldn't double dip as if I was trying to con them out of more money. I have never had such a terrible experience at a store in my life. Long, long wait time, then treated like I am someone trying to steal or cheat them and talked to like I am stupid for asking for free delivery because of my poor experience. If you plan to visist this homedepot make sure to plan a day trip out of it if needing anything from the pro desk people or a manager and expect to get treated like a thief from their employees .
