My experience was taken to a new level by Orlando in the Garden shop. Talk about a CLASS ACT!!! I walked into the garden shop I was greeted, smiled and treated like a friend that I haven't seen in years. Enthusiasm, excitement and amazing energy are words to describe him. Orlando introduced himself and asked how he could help me. He did not tell me where the item was he took me directly to it, smiling and acknowledging people along the way. You don't have an employee you have an asset!

I recently purchased a refrigerator for my brand new home. I’ve never bought any big ticket items before. The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process.

Went into store with a receipt to return 2 items. When I got there, the first person said she the computer wouldn't let her return it. Then went on to say, that since it was a special order (which it wasn't, had it at local stores) I had to bring it back to the store I bought it from. Had her call the manager. Before "customer service manager" came over to speak with me, the clerk seem to be explaining what was going on. He came over and looked at me and just said "Yes"-I said I want to return these items. He said I had to go back to where I ordered it, and I said show me in writing where that is on your company policy (had the policy pulled up) and he said it wasn't in writing. Finally, he returned it and gave me a gift card. The original clerk said I had to take a gift card, which was no problem. I even said to the 'manager' I was reporting him, he said go ahead. They wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the head! Will NEVER go back to this store again!

I work for a demolition company and have for the past 15 years. Home Depot is our go to shop for tools, plywood, concrete for pour backs, Millwalkee drills and impacts to sockets and bits. Also for my home needs as well, toilet repairs, door handles, counter tops pvc and irrigation heads. When I need anything from a grade 8 bolt to a washing machine Home Depot is the place to go! Hands down! Love me some Home Depot

Easy to find and no need to look somewhere else, I love this store.

The store is well laid out and we especially the variety in the garden center

Needed two sheets of plywood cut to size. I was fortunate that an associate came by and offered to assist loading on the cart and then do the cutting. All done with a pleasant attitude and smile. Thank you Home Depot!

On July 31, 2021, I visited the East Colonial Home Depot in Orlando, Fl for a project I was working on. The clerk, Michelle who checked me out was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail to me how to get what I needed for what I was working on. Michelle did exactly what was needed by having the patience to explain to me everything I needed and told me exactly where to find it. This Home Depot consistently has clerks available to help customers. This will definitely keep me out of Lowe’s where is is a challenge even finding a clerk to help you in the store.

Rick is the absolute best! He is knowledgeable and patient, a wonderful person to work with!

Overall, I was pleased with the store and the employees. The only part that I WASN'T to pleased was for the time spent looking for an employee to help me.

This store is understaffed - I hope you like to check your own stuff out. Poor selection of power strips. Store was cluttered looking. Hard to find quality products in the store full of poor quality (cheap) junk. Too many masked people, even though the CDC has canceled their indoor mask recommendation. Associate not helpful or polite when I asked for a *NON* SELF-SERVICE register.

Cashier at store really need trainning about rapport, empathy, compassion with customers specially when we are the one that bring money here.

My brother, my son and others like to shopping at home depot. I found quickly what I looking, the store is clean and well organized, your associated Milagros Perez, well professional in her job and very helpful. Thank you.
