The aisles are very clean and organized. Employees are very helpful and sympathetic. Really felt like they can relate to my issue and based from their experience they were able to point me in the right direction!

I was very pleased with the friendliness of all associates. I have not found this to be true of competitors.

Cashier, Debra< was very helpful in telling where to find product I was needing to buy. Helped me in ringing up my purchase.

Building was nearly empty when I visited. Many friends and relatives express same dissatisfaction, so that's possibly why it was empty. Stock is RADICALLY different from stores in metro Atlanta. Nothing exotic, creative, or unusual can be found. Arrangement is confusing, e.g. water heaters are across the store from hook-up parts. Building supplies are in 3 or more different locations: wood, inside wood, molding and flooring. Some tools still not in tool dept. Note: this may have changed, I hope. Self check out "landing zones" (after product is scanned) are too small. Had electric guy help with paint selection. Had to return twice to get proper color. Ended up being the original color I asked for -- off shelf and not custom. Issue was corrected when paint guy returned. Problems like these have been in this store for YEARS. Location is problematic if you live downtown. Takes about 20 minutes one way.

The overall experience was very good. We purchased items that was needed and were on clearance.

You guys and ladies are great. Returns are always easy and pleasant. I recommend you to all of my clients. Hats off to the pro desk side for always having lumber carts inside , dry and ready for loading.. Oh and also smiling and having a good time!! If Steve isn't available on the floor, James is just as entertaining. I mean helpful. I didn't score you at 5 stars because you had a bunch of pallets stretched out and it was challenging to move my lumber cart around.

In the time it took me to walk from the entrance to the department I needed, a sales associate had approached me and provided information and help. They directed me to the manager who could assist in setting up a delivery. The manager immediately got me help and the sales associate was friendly and responsive. Time in and out - less than 30 minutes for a large purchase that required a delivery. Best experience I've had with sales in a very long time.

Stopped into my local HD to find some plants or seeds for next season's garden. The temperature was boiling, but the sales associate was still friendly, polite and professional. I ended up buying more than I came in for as usual, but I was especially pleased to see a new product, "Nature's Care Organic Blood Meal" on the self. I can't wait to try it on what's left of my summer garden, and prepare for fall's.

If you are going for electrical talk to Joel. If you are going to the garden section. Talk to Derrick. There is another woman in garden that is a master gardner but I forgot her name, she is also a great help. And there are a few other great guys and gals there that really know their stuff. No matter what, most are friendly and happy to help best they can. I am a real annoying, constant difficult problem, kind of know to much customer and they are nice to me. I am demanding and bossy but they handle me in stride. That's how I know this is a good store. They also high five. Test it. You will see. Great store because of the people.

Sales associates were excellent. Every associate I passed ask if they could help me. The associate in lighting and ceiling fan dept. Helped me find what I needed, could answer all of my questions, and even downloaded info on my phone. Items were also loaded in my car!

No comment at this time I found the door handle that I was looking for but had to return it because it did not fit.

Like I said before I don't understand the refund policy

We came back home from vacation to find that our refrigerator had died. Ari and Kay (store associates) were fantastic as they helped us navigate the purchase of a new refrigerator. We selected a unit that was in stock and discounted for clearance. All of the staff were very, very helpful.

Few and far between are the times I have found better prices elsewhere. I like being able to place order ahead of time and walk in to pick it up. I get to leave work, pick up materials, and get home and fixing or building faster. Now they just need to have a pizza store to team up with. Pizza and drywall in the same place? Impossibly perfect.

Tia, was at the return desk and helped us right away and she was very helpful. We purchased two patio chairs and the delivery box was all torn up and no packing slip. We showed her our iphone photos of the condition of the box and the chair. We were able to return the item with out a hesitation. We have just moved here from Connecticut and are very pleased with the kind and friendly service we have experienced with all the associates we have met so far. It really makes me want to go back and shop and just look around and probably buy more than I need.

The store was clean and had a 4/1 Associate to Customer ratio; however the 4 Associates I encountered, did not assist me from one area to another. Also, they were not totally familiar with their products and I used the mobile app, my phone and my Son on the website to assist me.

I purchased a grill on-line and needed a cover. Derrick immediately helped me determine what size I needed and went right to the shelf. Him and Myron put the grill in my car and both employees were very professional and friendly. They are both assets to the company!

Everyone in the store were pleasant and patient, from the guy who took item off the shelf to put in the cart to the sales associate who took time offer extended warranty on product and kept smiling, to the guy who helped with item to the car. The whole process was great. Home Depot has a thumbs up.

I was able to buy full 4'x8' size sheets of masonite, not the 1/4" shorter sheets sold at some other stores. The extra 1/4" makes a difference in getting the most of a sheet. I needed the sheet cut into pieces to use for drawing boards and Guillermo patiently assisted me.

I am from out of state. I enjoyed shopping at your HD because it seems to have different things than at my PA store. My son has a house in SC and we were there fixing it up. You r store was close and you had everything we needed.
