I ordered an air conditioner online, and I picked up the LG 8,000 BTU Air conditioner with remote control. When I got back to my house and opened up the box, It looked used, it was dirty, all the bags had been opened and it was even missing a good portion of the pieces to get it set up. So I had to go back to the Home Depot and get them to get me a NEW ONE... because that's what I originally paid for. So I was disappointed in the fact that I had to go back, because they obviously didn't check to make sure that the product I had paid for was the one I was picking up. So I had to waste more time and money on going back to the store to get the right one, and it makes it even worse because the temperature in Utah is 103!

As in every visit the staff at this location is always willing to assistance and knowledgable and if not they always find someone who is!

I do not have a lot of home improvement skills, but every time I come into the store I am greeted warmly and always assisted with my questions. I feel very welcome and comfortable in this store.

At the paint counter an associate appeared right away to help me. I requested my paint colors and was told it would take a few minutes to mix them. I asked the associate about other items I needed and he knew where to point me in the store to find them. I found the other items I needed and went back to the paint counter to find my 3 gallons of paint rady and waiting for me. Overall good experience. Just wish the paint was not so expensive!

This is a newer store closer to my home. It is convenient and has everything I need for home projects.

This store is always clean and has the most Associates I've ever seen! Often they will walk you to the item you are looking for. Today I was looking for Furnace filters and found them after being directed to the correct aisle. Next I picked up an extra key and talked with a great employee. Next I went to the carpet dept. to plan ahead for new carpet. Tammie helped me judge which carpets fit my needs and what the differences in weights and fibers meant. That will be next summers project!

Needed several items for my grooming shop, light bulbs trash bags etc. Found the right items and a good price. Have converted all lighting at the shop to LEDs and this has saved us on our monthly electric bill.

I would highly recommend this Home Depot store. The sales associate was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me locate what I needed, even calling other stores and reserving items there so that I would have all the items that I needed. The check out clerk was also very helpful in providing options for me to get the very best price possible. I will absolutely go to this home depot again. I rarely get this kind of service anywhere else. It's nice that service to the customer still exists somewhere.

It is easy to find an associate for help. I am asked if I need help usually.

Associates at this store are top-notch! I am always doing work late at night in some rentals that I have and no matter how late I come in, I am always greeted with a smile and the associates go out of their way to help me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also noticed that Home Depot makes an effort to push/stock American made products, I know it's hard to build in American and still be competitive with the rest of what the world produces, but I am willing to pay more and shop in places where I can find or see more Made in USA .

It is usually difficult to find an associate who can give you the time and assistance that you need. I was very appreciative of the quality of service I received from the associate, Marc! I probably wouldn't have been able to locate, lift and decide on the right products without him! Home Depot is a hardware Disneyland! Thank you for placing the importance of this service! I would definitely go to Home Depot over Lowes!

The associates are always there to help me fixing my home.

Covering the no parking lane with merchandise from the garden department makes it almost impossible to move through the parking lot. There is too little parking at this store to begin with and then to use up a bunch of stalls for additional merchandise makes the experience even worse. It's also annoying that the scales at the self-checkout constantly fail to weigh light items so you have to wait each time for the associate to clear the lock on the terminal before you can proceed. Pretty annoying.

The sales associate was nice, responsive and when asked for assistance out immediately called another associate to assist me to my car and load my purchase. Both associates were friendly and most helpful!

Josh saw I needed help getting some lawn chairs down. He carried them to the checkout for me, then to my 2 door car and found a way to get them in the car for me. Thanks Josh

Home Depot always has the products I need for home repair and maintenance.

This is a good Home Depot! The associates can be a little grumpy sometimes. I know I ask stupid questions sometimes, but I have a lot going on and don't mean to annoy them!

I came into the store with an idea in my mind for a project. Not being a Do-it-Yourselfer, Josh helped me to bring to life my vision - couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I dont always know the name of what i want. But I have the staff very helpful in finding thing a majgs and the thingy that looks like this. I lot of times I will have a photo of the broken part and they always find be an unbroken one, Since I was told by one associate that they didn't carry the broken part that I needed but had an unbroken one if that would help me. its help like this that makes repairs so much easier and fun to do.

I look to Home Depot for all my home and landscape maintenance and improvements. My overall experience has been positive with regard to excellent customer service, product quality and pricing. My wife and I are considering purchasing some kitchen appliances. We have already decided that we will buy these appliances at Home Depot. We would advise our friends and relatives to do the same.
