The people in this store are the very best HD has to offer

Home Depot is always amazing but this Home Depot goes above and beyond. John ( the older one) was exceptional. The staff entirely is always friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. I like walking in and feeling welcomed as if there all friends. John helped me pick out a grill and taught me everything it do and information on warranty. Thank you

Employees routinely walk around with me, pointing out soecufuc products, suggesting techniwues and tools that will fix my problem, or fix it faster, or save me money. I will keep coming back.

I've shopped in this store for many years. I always find the employees very helpful. Today, Ronnie and Nunnie went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for, and without them the complete experience would have just been a disappointment. They knew where everything was, and they helped me get what I needed.

Very helpful

Depending on what you need from this store, your experience will likely vary. Some departments have few if any people working in them who are actually there to help customers most of the time (lumber!). And, some of the lumber - especially pine boards - are so warped to be useless...including some of those labeled as "select". The paint department tends to be the most reliable with people there and willing to assist all the time. The rest of the store - hit or miss on actual "service".

The East Windsor NJ Home Depot #0982 always has what I need at competitive prices and the staff to explain how to use the product.

I purchased a washing machine and didn’t take long to realize it was defective. The personnel in the appliance department were great in expediting the return and purchase of a new machine without having to jump through too many hoops. They CALLED ME BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD until the situation was resolved which did not take long. Thank you

Himauli threw my chandelier on the floor and was very rude at the online check out. Go the extra 2 miles to Hamilton. Much better service than west windsor

Heather is awesome!!! Do yourself a favour, go on the weekend, and ask specifically for her to help. She is like a consultant and very knowledgeable. I am 5'1 and had to find a mower suitable for me. She was extremely helpful and even helped me secure the lawnmower floor model as I was adamant that was the one I wanted. She also help me load it into my car given that I was by myself. She will speak up for your needs...her not-so-helpful-colleague at the customer service desk told me that floor models are never sold which is baloney. Heather was also great in recommending a snow plow, grill, and leaf blower - I will come back to purchase from her later on.

My wife and I went to the Paint Dept. to get paint for our first home purchase. Amed was there and helped us. He was amazing and super friendly. Not only did he assist us in the entire process of the selection of our paint, but he also made suggestions based on the descriptions we gave him. He showed us the quality of paints offered and walked through the paint section with us. He even showed us colors that would add depth and dimension to our rooms. He was excellent! Definitely looking forward to going back.
