I primarily use this location due to its proximity to my residence. It's tucked into an area behind a heavy shopping area. I drop my wife off on the Promenade to do her shopping, and I go do mine!

Cody in the Garden department spent ten minutes with us reviewing options. We got great one-on-one assistance. We'll be back!

Store was very messy and cluttered. Some aisles in garden and hardware were so tight you couldn't even walk down.

I was extremely satisfied with the help at the paint desk. They helped me find the correct paint, and helped me understand the current rebates at the time.

The employees at this Home Depot are simply the best! Shopping at this location is a great experience; the store is neat and orderly and organized logically, which makes finding things easy. But, if you do need assistance, the employees are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. They will even go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for!

Employees here, especially lawn and garden area, take the time to help you right away, often stopping whatever they had been doing. We love the personal service here.

I go out of the way to shop at this Home Depot. The people there knowledgeable, helpful, and happy. If they don't have it they order it for me!

I recently purchased a Husky brand tool chest for my home. Because it weighs 250 pounds, it was a huge hassle to get it in the car, home, into my basement, and out of its box, but once I had done it, I realized that the product was very poorly designed and did not work properly. I wanted to return it, but I was afraid I would have to put it back in the box, bring it up from the basement, into the car, etc. I wouldn't have been able to do this by myself, due to its weight and size. I called the store and spoke to the store mgr., Ashley McNally, who listened to my concerns, apologized for the experience, and told me that she would send a truck with two employees to my house to pick it up the next day!!!! She also said I should come to the store, and pick out a new tool chest, and she would have the employees DELIVER the new one, and even bring it down to my basement! I went to the store and met with a gentleman named Dylan Miklya, who was very helpful in choosing a new (much more expensive model) tool chest. The next day, Dylan and another young man named AJ showed up at the house at the agreed upon time, with the new unit. They hauled the defective tool chest out of the basement, and onto the truck, and brought the new one down into the basement for me. I tried to give each guy a $20 tip, which they wouldn't take! EXCELLENT customer service from Ashley, Dylan, and AJ. This is why I will always be a home depot customer!

Very easy to get softener salt, right by the door and easy check-out too.

This is a really nice Home Store. Very clean and well stocked. I really like the paint selection and the nursery. I am not a handy person, but when I do attempt something, this is the store I come to. And I do love gardening, and this store carries alot of the things I want and need. Happy to have this store in Eagan!

You guys have everything, You walk in you see the cashiers { at least 5 all waiting for you to check out } they smile and say hello, you see the greeter he or she says the same, The rental guy might even wave at you. Your fine as long as you walk around the perimeter of the store, but once you go down an isle it is like you are in the deep end of the Ocean swimming alone, you had better have brought a good attitude because it is going to be a long while before any one comes to help you. Now I know what Tom Hanks character felt like in the Castaway.

Asked a young lady to help me find some equipment. She knew where I could find what I was looking for, was very friendly, and walked me to the product I wanted. Happy to see females work in a hardware store because it exemplifies gender equality in a typically male-dominated industry.

The Eagan Homedepot is a great place to find almost anything for your home or garden.

On most visits I find myself searching for items and there is almost always an associate readily available to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance.

Been shopping at this Home Depot for 9 years. They are always willing to help and assist you finding the right products and help you load your merchandise.

I look forward to going to the Home Depot in Eagan. I usually find what I'm looking for in stock and can often find associates willing and able to help. I've been there a few hundred times. Currently going through finishing the basement and will need all kinds of things- electric, heat, insulation, lumber, plumbing, tools, etc. Only negatives are prices are higher than Lowe's and Menards, the cash register locations on one end of the store so if you get paint you need to walk the entire length inside the store and all the way back to vehicle when I get outside. And, there is always too much clutter of displays in the aisles. Good store location, and usually have what I need. Thanks, Tim
