Most customers don't wear masks at this location. Many employees don't wear masks at this location. Far to much merchandise in aisles making it impossible to maintain safe distancing.

If you’re going to have a mask policy then you should enforce it. If you’re not going to enforce it why even have a policy?

Went into store to get a car key made. Asked rep and he sent me to hardware aisle and said a rep would be there. No reps in aisles 9-13. Walked over to window sales counter. Two reps talking about stock. Waited until they finished discussion to not interrupt. They finished and started new discussion and did it another time. I was standing right in front of them and they didn't even acknowledge my presence or say, "hi, just a minute". I was there close to two minutes (silly me). I turned and walked away and neither said a word as I left. I have found there are two employees in this store on the floor that are knowledgeable, a plumbing rep and Timmy. They are the reason I return despite multiple reps with lack of product knowledge or even customer service (helping solve a problem or ask questions about product). Cashiers are always nice. I will not be using this store any longer.

After purchasing a defective pressure washer I returned to the store to exchange this item. From the moment I entered the store to the point to where I left with my exchanged item the store staff and sales associate were incredibly helpful. Made sure I received what I was coming in for and went above and beyond and offered me an additional 10% off for all my trouble. Cole is an amazing sales associate and should be promoted. This was a 5 STAR visit. Thank you!

I needed a couple of keys made. Store employee Jeffrey was passing by working on something else in his department - he stopped what he was doing and made the keys with a friendly, professional attitude.

The Eagle store is my LEAST favorite Home Depot. Employees seem to go out of their way to "not make eye contact" for fear you will ask for assistance. Employees seem to NEVER offer assistance when needed. When you do finally corner someone into giving you assistance, they seem annoyed that you ask or take their time. The employees at the Eagle store seem very dissatisfied with their job. This can almost always be attributed to immediate management. Even though Nampa is much less convenient for me, I will make it a point to shop at Nampa HD rather than Eagle HD.

I've never been dissatisfied with this store. It's always clean, the employees are very helpful. Their product selection is good. They have a nice garden center too.

Poor customer service at checkout due to card reader error or whatever the excuse was. Stood in line for a while with $81.95 worth of merchandise only to be informed when I got to the cashier that the card reader was down. How about you train your cashiers to inform customers when there is an error or problems taking cards ahead of time that something is wrong instead of making them turn around and try to get into a different line. Turn the light on the cashier station off if you know you are having problems so customers don’t line up waiting to hear about problems. Pathetic customer service today at station 6. I also work in a customer service driven industry and I know this example of customer service or the lack thereof will make me think twice about where I spend my money on home improvement or miscellaneous hardware.

Robert (Bob) saw me struggling to lift wood and immediately came over to help. My boyfriend and me left our giant cart filled with things to find something and when we returned Bob was already checking our items out which was very helpful given me being in a big hurry. Very helpful and friendly service.

This store has brands I like and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can find what I want easily and the checkout system is excellent. The store is easy to get to from my neighborhood with little traffic.

Spent over an hour ordering kitchen appliances - July 4th sale - evidently, I was given incorrect receipts for the price I paid & the incorrect refrigerator was ordered. I tried to get the mistake rectified and was told the employee that helped me was no longer working at this store. I was told I didn’t order the refrigerator I wanted, my receipts were incorrect & “ it wasn’t fair to the employee that helped me because she wasn’t there to defend herself”!!! The special was 4 appliances for $2100 - I paid an xtra $1000 to get the stove I wanted & the color I wanted. Now, to have the correct refrigerator ordered & delivered is $1778 - it was $2300 but they were so helpful, they gave me a $500 discount! So, now I have paid $3100 for 4 appliances plus $1778 for my correct original appliance to be delivered and they will give me a credit on the orig incorrect frig when they pick it up after the correct one is delivered. Will NEVER go into a Home Depot again. There R too many other stores that take care of their customers and don’t call them liars when they’ve ordered an item & charge double for a replacement that was already ordered to begin with. And the receipts are correct & applicable to the purchase! So upset and humiliated - at least 6 employees stood around and listened to my conversation with the “supervisor” who told me I didn’t order the frig I wanted, I didn’t pay what was listed on my receipt, and the store would not honor the order/agreement I entered into.

The store's employees are great but the company won't spend the money develop and thoroughly test the technology employees need to work at the necessary pace. Telephone, web, and order fulfillment software is clunky and full of bugs. Employees have difficulty locating merchandise on the system. Even the customer service survey is incapable of distinguishing online orders, telephone pickup orders, and web orders and, instead of attention to detail, it delivers questions based on the assumption that you stood in line at the store. Home Depot lacks attention to the kind of detail that it takes to be excellent.

The Home DEpot in Eagle, Idaho, has some of the best trained sales people I've ever met. The store has ample supplies of many products, and the cashiers are friendly. I live in Star, ID, and recommend the HD in Eagle to anyone who has a DIY project.

The lumber section was clean and well organized with plenty in stock. checking out was simple.

I had a number of items that I needed to find and purchase for DIY at my home... several associates went out of their way to help me find everything I needed, quickly and I was given a "Free" ticket for a couple pieces of discount wood that I needed for shelving...that was considerate and it made my day! Thank you HD!!
