Lumber department manager, Malcolm is excellent concern about the service and the practice of duty honors living

I was forced to purchase and then return a bad quality tool for showing my bad experience with the tool and trying to avoid being unable to use the tool, saving my time and a trip to store for returning back the item.

I live in Woodbridge, Virginia, but I came to this location because they had all the items I needed for a project this Sunday verses ordering online and receiving the items next week.

I had a large order for a deck and Katrina was outstanding helping me get the order completed.

Girl helped me very well. Only issue was finding an attendant.

Ordered fridge online in the store with the help of appliance specialist Angela G. It was a great experience. She made everything easy and stress free. It was a great experience.

I have been doing a lot of work on my house lately and have been ordering material from Home Depot online. I was surprised to see that much of what I ordered was delivered the same day I ordered it.

Accidentally left some of my purchase in a bag at the self-checkout. When I called the following day, none of the customer service clerks claimed to have found a left bag. When I went in to ask again the clerk said they just restock if items are left. When I asked another clerk, she said they do hold on to it but it was not turned in. No one seemed helpful until I asked to speak with a manager. Erik was extremely helpful when I asked him to please check the cameras. He asked me for some time to research it and that he would call the next day. I was a little hesitant that maybe I would get blown off, but he called me just as he promised and had confirmed on the footage that I did leave my bag. He allowed me to come in with my receipt to shop again for the items I left. I appreciate the extra time and effort that he took to find a solution and even checked on me to maje sure I was able to fund everything again. I realize it was my mistake and therefore my problem. But the initial lack if help from the clerks made me feel like maybe I should switch to shopping elsewhere. However, Erik definitely went above and beyond to turn that experience into a positive one. Definitely recommend you talk to him if you need help. He seems to genuinely care about customer service. He's a great asset to their team.

I just bought a new Refrigerator great customer service. This is the only Home Depot I go to go, because of the nice caring employees.

Kimberly and Maria did a great job going in detail about the backsplash, floor, and counter tops. I have not yet had the service started, but I am greatful for these two.

Shelves always have lots of stock, enough staff to answer a question and they know what they are talking about.

The customer service at curbside is good. However please feel free to ask for KT or Denisa for assistance. They will go out of their why to resolve any problems, help with getting information to make a decision, smooth any transaction.

Pricing on display does match price wrong up. Counter are dirty disorganized. I had photos but deleted them

Associate pulled the wrong item

I ordered a wall outlet splitter with usb c charging and they sent me the lower model with no usb c charging.

I used my 18 month coupon and the delivery of the new frig was on time and the unit was in great shape

I stopped what I was doing to find the light bulb I was asking for and found it in person, so I could easily buy it. I don't know the name of the person who helped me, but I was very grateful

Waited for 30 minutes for help cutting some Lumber basically gave up and left without anything.

I had a really wonderful flooring specialist who assisted me through the process of buying carpeting for my stairs. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of carpeting, and was able to answer all my questions. Ms. Kimberly Hansbrough provided great customer service for carpeting.

I came into this HD on a Friday afternoon it was very busy lots of customers picking up/ returning items I appreciate the staff being professional and courteous during a very hectic time.
