Visited store from out of my zip code area because item was not available in immediate area. The associates, cashiers and delivery driver were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would visit this store again although it is out of area.

Ease of transaction of a refund and exchange purchased of another product. Signs were clearly displayed for easy navigation throughout the store.

Was blown away by helpful associate, Ted, who was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful!

The store is always clean when I visit, and there are always lots of helpful associates to help me choose the right product. I also get lots of project ideas from the displays.

Just bought a house, so I'm at the Home Depot at least once a week if not more. Associates in the paint department are very helpful. The service is quick as well.

I go here almost everyday for work and the associates are always friendly and help me with whatever I may need. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone it always has what I need and more!

This store is well stocked and has great customer service. Every associate I have had the pleasure of working with has been extremely helpful. Recently I needed paint and paint supplies. I visited the paint department on three separate occasions and each visit was easy! No wait and the associative was friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall store was in great shape and associates were knowledgeable

I have gone to this store for over 2 years looking at this particular product hoping that some day I could get the right price to but it. Dennis has been patient with my all this time (he remembered me). Low & behold the price came up right & I bought it yesterday. Dennis gave me a print out on my next appliance to dream on. We were in the store last week and, while looking for a completely different item, saw a product we wanted, but there were actually TWO similar products ON SALE. We went home to research. We returned today and the item we chose was no longer in stock. The store associate searched among other stock for us and then offered to help us order it AT THE SALE PRICE on-line. Without the help of the store associate, we would have left, dissatisfied. She walked us through the process. When there was no way to use our foreign credit card or cash on-line, she provided us the option of purchasing a gift card in the store and using that as payment! The transaction went through without a hitch. Our product will be delivered to the store and we will be back to pick it up.

I was pleased with the help I received from all the associates I encountered today. The associate in the paint department was very helpful. He took me to Customer Service so that I didn't have to wait in the aisle while an associate for the department I needed was paged. He could have told me it wasn't his department, but he didn't and I appreciated his help and attention. The lady at customer service was helpful too, and finally the young man who took me back to aisle 36 to find the "J" SimpleHuman trash bag had to get a ladder, climb to the top, and reach in the back of the shelf to find the trash bag I needed.

I was looking for a price match for a washer dryer combo, and an associate named Renee was so helpful in obtaining it. She then helped me purchase a toilet online that showed a delivery time two months out; she called someone (warehouse, maybe?) and held for at least 10 minutes for someone to answer the question of why the online product had such a long wait time. After resolving that, she directed me to the location of undermount sinks, and helped me locate the one I wanted. She is an awesome employee!

The store associate, Tanecia Smith. This associate was very helpful and I've never known someone so nice.

The store is always clean and neat even when the associates are restocking. They always take time to assist me when I am wandering around looking for things. I go there all the time because of this type of attitude they display.

Wow, I needed some items that were up on the upper racks and while the associates took care of that I had others help me pick out a quality power tool combo at a great price. I came back to find my previous items (heavy) boxed and placed in my cart, and an associate ready to check me out. Really couldn't have asked for better or more friendly assistance. Bravo!

This purchase was a part of a project that had been ongoing for 3 months. The main PRO REP who has been helping me has been Sandra at the pro desk. Her badge indicates she has 17 years of experience at the home depot and in a word the reason home depot has been so successful in past two decades is people like her. Her customer service and friendliness were unequalled. I have been shopping at the home depot for 6 years. I have had many great associates help me and among all these people she stands out. I shop in the Home Depot specifically because of people like her. Angela and Christopher also helped me on occasion and they were great but Sandra stands out for her incredible customer service thank you Sandra.

Store was clean. This store is smaller so the selection seems less than the Woodbridge or West Manassas store but Its less crowded and better organized

The store was neat and clean. What I was looking for was precisely where I thought it would be. Though I did not require assistance an associate came to provide additional guidance. The sales associates at the self-help check-out were just as friendly and courteous. However, this store has one flaw that in my opinion has almost always existed - paint associates. Without fail I can almost guarantee that a visit to the paint section will leave me frustrated and angry. I visited this store in the early-afternoon and needed one small item that thankfully did not require their assistance. There were three associates at the service island and after five minutes not once asked if they could help nor even acknowledged my presence. However, without a doubt that always seems to be their attitude. I often feel that their only purpose is to provide assistance with paint, anything else and I am on my own. In a nutshell, I rate the overall store on all departments, excluding paint. And my overall assessment is that the store is a firewall "5".
