I bought this eve green

I recently made an online purchase for 61 boxes of LVP flooring around 9pm. The next morning at 7am an employee from Home Depot contacted me, let me know they only had 34 boxes of the 61 boxes I needed. I explained to her that I would need more than 34 boxes to at which point she apologized and hung up . It took 4-5 days before I was refunded . If you’re considering purchasing flooring especially online I would recommend making sure that the amount needed is in stock .

I find that, the store in Eastwood which is the third closest to me, has much of what I'm searching for when I looking online. A do like the instructional demonstration videos.

Eastwood Lumber dept. not well managed. Stock is often not located as website indicates. Often not priced. No one around to help. Compare to Trussville which does a consistently good job.

Loved this specific Home Depot. Employees are friendly, cheerful and always do their best to help.

Associates there unwilling to assist and very rude. If you don’t want to do the job then get out of customer service!

Employees are so helpful when I can’t find something they’ll take me where I can find it. I love Home Depot and so happy that it’s close to me.

I purchased the white Contac brand non-adhesive shelf liner that is a rubbery consistency and easy to apply. Loved the item, just wish there had been more at my favorite Home Depot store at Eastwood. The employees at my favorite store told me that the Hoover store had many more to help me complete my project. Had to travel to the Hoover store where I had to ask 6 different employees where it was stocked, and some of the employees told me they didn't have it but I knew they did! Finally the 6th employee, that was sitting at a desk close to the paint department, I asked knew exactly where it was. I almost gave up looking for the product. The Hoover Home Depot could use some customer service inservices, isn't it part of their job to help you find what you came to their store to purchase? I know they are "Busy," but they wouldn't be "Busy," if we didn't shop there. Just something to consider.

The employees, several of them assisted me looking for an unusual item that I needed!

I used to shop here once a year, usually as a reminder why I don’t shop here. That all changed a couple of years ago. I really noticed a major change in the staff and the care shown to their customers. The folks are helpful and friendly. The store is generally clean. And I rarely find that they do not have an item in stock.

I hade visited several times upon moving and always find what I need!

The home Depot store that I visited that day had some employees that were kind of looking and behaving as if it was a strange but overall it corrected itself as I decided to make decisions on which register to go to and which employees to engage with contact communication upon approaching from the employees the shopping experience overall was successful in an excellent outcome I got what I needed have a blessed day

A young man(employee) was so helpful at checkout in the nursery. Held my plant and took it to the car for me.

When I arrived, I knew there would be limited quantities of the item I was looking for, but I managed to find only one. The item was partially opened, but I still decided to get it since it wasn't anymore. Also, the incredibly helpful workers at Home Depot made my recent trip great. It was so nice of them to help me, asking if I needed any help or a basket, and even checking my items to make sure everything was there. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help impressed me.

I was ecstatic to see a female salesperson in the appliance department of the store. I felt like I was well taken care of in having the benefits of each of the appliance models described.

These people represent what retail sales is about. Friendly help with professional knowledge combined with the ability and patience to listen to the customer!
