I know this store petty well, but couldn't find lacquer thinner and was helped by an employee right away.

Though the PANEL DEPARTMENT did not have what I needed for my specific problem. An associate quickly came to my aid, analyzed my problem and steered me to the right department. The associate could not have been more efficient, friendly or helpful. At all times the associate was attentive, professional and took charge of the situation.

Everyone is always helpful and eager to help - I have been in paint and lumber a lot lately and enjoyed the expertise and kindness of the staff.

The Garden area was very sell stocked, and presented very well. Associates were available, helpful and friendly.

Jamie was particularly helpful in a project my coworker and I are doing for our work here at UAB.

The store was clean and staff helpful. One of my favorite Home Depots.

I usually go to Home Depot with a project in mind and 100 questions. I always find the associates more than willing to help. They walk me to the correct location of the item I am looking for, not just point in the general direction. They are also very knowledgable about where specific items are and will help you figure out which is the best for your needs.

In short my purchase was quite small but the cashier treated me as if I was a valued customer to Home Depot. Most times when one is purchasing something just under $10 a cashier just does the basic minimum when ringing up the sale. On this day a cashier by the name of Kiria was really on the ball and handled my purchase in a very professional manner. I trust this cashier treats all of her customers in the same way. Home Depot should be proud to have such an employee.

I go to this store very often and each time I leave happy. the time before last I worked with the store manager for about 45 minutes to find an item I wanted, and he was great to deal with. The last time i went (03/21/2016) Catasha checked me out and she was great to deal with as well. Everything is clean, well stocked, and easy to find. There is never a shortage of associates ready and willing to help you at every turn.

I was really disappointed to learn during this visit that Monique Holiness is no longer the store manager. Prior to Monique's arrival, customer service at this store was so bad that I would drive past it to go to the Home Depot or Lowe's in Trussville. It is my sincere hope that the new store manager can / will continue to maintain the level of customer service Monique established so that I am not compelled to shop elsewhere.

Whatever you are looking for, there are always plenty of helpful folks to answer questions and provide suggestions. This will definitely become your "one stop shop" for anything related to home improvement and gardening!

I have shopped at this very store for 12 years. Each time I visit, I am always greeted quickly, kindly, professionally, and my dog is welcome and recognized. That is VERY important to me, as he is very old and loves to come in the store. I am always directed immediately to what I'm looking for, and if that particular associate isn't quite sure, another is and quickly called upon. I LOVE my HD.

Good store when you get the right associate. Sometimes low on supplies. Needs more variety in plants section like the Home Depot in trussville.
