I want to thank Sylvia in the hardware department for helping me get the Husky Tool Box that I wanted. Sylvia was most helpful both over the phone and when I got to the store and I really appreciated her help.

I was realy satisfied with the way the people treat you while you are shopping. Every one was in good spirits, helpful and happy.

Great store and location. Love this place. My wife and I come here at least three times a week.

Home Depot has improved quality, quantity, and pricing of the items they sell. I switched the majority of my business from Lowe's to Home Depot over the last few years. I would recommend Home Depot to any of my friends.

THE STORE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND I RECEIVED THE HELP I NEEDED WITH NO HASSEL. IT IS EASY TO COMPLETE A PROJECT USING RESOURCES FROM HOME DEPOT.

This is by far the friendliest Home Depot in the Birmingham area. I was greeted on every aisle by an associate that actually seemed interested in helping me. As i reached the checkout area I was greeted in the aisle by Gabrielle who asked if I was ready to check out. It was actually a pleasure to shop at this store. I would highly recommend this location.

While shopping in the garden section, I had tons of question about planting herbs. A female associate there was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. She even gave me suggestions on pots and soil to use for planting. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my choices.

The staff impressed me. They told me exactly where the products I was looking for were located. Will definitely shop here again.

The Home Depot store was very organized. However I was immensely pleased when I entered the store door entrance and a nice young black male associate made sure I received a shopping cart for my convenience. Moreover, I was comfortable with my spending because there were some items that were at a real good price. Some of the items were not on list to purchase but I am glad I did. Thanks again Home Depot.

Have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. Some clutter in aisle on occasion ,but then it is a hardware store.

Since Monique Holiness took over as manager of this location, the difference in shopping here is like night and day. Previous to Monique's arrival, I'd drive right past this Home Depot to go another 8 miles and shop at Lowe's because it was impossible to find a store associate when help was needed, and because there would regularly be 10 - 12 people in line at checkout with only a single register open. A couple years ago, I bit the bullet and stopped at this store because Lowe's did not have an item I needed. I was extremely surprised on that trip that there seemed to be helpful associates all over the store, and only one or two people in line to check out since there were at least 3 registers open. I've subsequently shopped at this location at least weekly and have never not been able to get help when needed nor had to wait for more than one or two people ahead of me in checkout lines. The associates are available, helpful, and friendly, the cashiers are friendly and efficient, and I often see Monique herself on the floor of the store asking customers if they need help. Well Done!

The staff isn't terrible, they just don't care. Its easier to tell you a Home Depot doesn't carry a product, than actually help you find it. On the rare occasion they ask you if you need help, its almost always a waste of your time. If your good looking, 5 guys and a forklift are available to help you load, if not, don't bother asking for help, you can wait as long as you want and no one will show, or if they do, they are not the person who does that, and will go "get" the correct person. If your pinching every last penny, this is the store for you. If not, any other store in the area would be better.

Employees are very helpful and the store is always stocked.

I'm no gardener, but wanted some fresh plants for the front porch. Your staff helped me find what I need, answered the questions I had, and showed me some items that would help me - even pointing out which products were the better deal or easier to use but with the results desired. The porch looks great and we had fun getting dirty!! Thanks!

I was asked by an associate if they could help me. In less than 10 minutes I had 4 blinds cut to my measurements and 2 new light fixtures, checked out and headed home to install them. Overall a great experience at a great store....

Whenever my husband and I visit the store we have always found the associates to be friendly and helpful. The items have been easy to find and the store is always organized and clean. We would recommend this store to friends and family.

Great store as with all HDs. Finding the grass seed was a little more difficult that I would like but that was probably me just not knowing that particular store well. All in all, great store and i will be back!

Have shopped the Eastwood Home Depot since it was first built. In all of those years, it has been my favorite go to store for almost everything relating to the home. Could not have remodeled my house without the helpful, knowledgeable associates in the store. Home Depot gets my vote!

We had a great shopping experience at this store. Went looking for a weedeater and got what we needed, including a hedge trimmer attachment. All the store associates were wonderful, from the moment we walked in the door. An associate volunteered help and information on the weedeater aisle, and the whole trip I felt like I could find help if I needed it.

Before going to Home Depot, I went online in serach of the light bulb I wanted to purchase. The web page told me the item was in stock and the quantity even the aisle number. Once arriving to the store the light bulb was on the aisle the web gave. However the quantity was not correct but there could have been more in the back. I was able to get the quantity I needed. Over all, my experience was wonderful.

Shelves are always stocked and organized. Wonderfully stocked lawn and garden area. Friendliest cashiers and associates are always available and helpful in any area of the store you happen to be in.

I love this Home Depot for their garden section. They have the best in the area and the associates are always so helpful. I will be back soon!
