Staff was present, and engaged - looking for customers to help. Colleen was friendly and fast at checkout! This store is kept organized and always has workshops and classrooms going on. Always a great experience!

Store associates are typically not available and when available, long time to wait for assistance.

On virtually every visit, the items I need are in stock. The staff is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices extremely competitive. Love cruising the aisles to see what's new in stock -- am usually rewarded with some new tool or gizmo. Best store of its ilk -- Hands Down!

Found everything I needed and the prices were lower than Lowes. Helpful associate in the gardening dept. Easy to return items and I get military discount when I shop. Like the location of store, but could use more cashiers instead of the self serve.

To save time I ordered an item online for store pickup. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and discovered my error at checkout. The associate immediately checked store availability for the correct item. He then searched the bins in the aisle, got a ladder and delivered the item to me at customer service in less than ten minutes.

I brought in my pressure washer for servicing/repair. The Associate in the Tool Rental Dept. worked on it. He explained what was happening each step of the way. He also made recommendations as to how to keep it in good running condition. The Associate's courteousness and overall professionalism made the whole process a great one. Plus his knowledge of the unit was great. I would not hesitate in having any of the Associates in the Edison store's Tool Rental Dept. work on any other product of mine. They do a terrific job!! JJ in Kitchen Design is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. She has great ideas, is patient, listens and executes your ideas to quickly create a design plan. She personifies customer service...nothing is a problem. Make sure you see her to design your new kitchen !!

Im a home repair do it yourself guy. Not a pro by any means. I do love to work around the house and repair things, maintain them and sometimes build. Any time I have been to the HD Edison store it is always clean and there is always someone available to recommend a course of action for my project no matter what it may be. Check out even on busy weekends is a breeze and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Its a pleasure to shop there each time I go in I can expect to be greeted and helped right away.

Cy helped another associate to lower a pallet from the rafters in a very timely manner and my cashier Felicia was terrific and had a great sense of humor

I would come back to this store just because of how friendly and helpful Norm was in assisting me, making sure all my questions were answered, and being patient with me.

Associates make themselves available and are always friendly and helpful...that wasn't always the case. I have noticed a significant change in the associates' attitude toward the customers in the last couple of years. Before they would never make eye contact with you ( like being in Lowes), I felt like a ghost, but all that has changed and shopping at Home Depot is now a pleasure. It's all about customer service. Keep up the good work.

I ordered 8 boxes of marble tile online. When I arrived at the store in about 30 minutes, The online order associate had the items ready on a cart waiting for me. EXCELLENT service!

I needed help with a painting project and the associate was very helpful and informative about what I would need. He made me excited to start the project and not be worried- because I have never painted a room before .

Shelves were stocked properly and availability of products for the most part were available. Some of the associates need more people skills but other associates are more than helpful.

We had a frustrating online order issue and was sent direct to see Will Ortiz to have the matter sorted out. We needed to repurchase our patio set as the original order was damaged in transit. We ordered it back on May 1st so by today May 21st we were very frustrated and upset, we didn't have it for our son's birthday party last Sunday and was getting nervous for our big memorial day BBQ. Today after a week of trying to figure out the deal we were informed by a rep on the phone(Jaime) that this location had the patio set in stock and to see Mr. Ortiz. We quickly rushed to the store and without delay everything was taken care of with professionalism and care. Mr Ortiz knew exactly what we were there for and arranged to have our patio set delivered direct to our home. He was a no nonsense gentleman. We are truly happy today. It went so smoothly at the store location. Thanks again to Mr. Ortiz. Good job. We are back to happy Home Depot customers once again.

Found a tile for my new home at MSI (a tile manufacturer that Home Depot uses). I went to the Edison HD store to order a sample box. The customer order specialist knew exactly what I wanted and how to get it. This made for an enjoyable shopping experience. Several weeks later I placed a $2000 order for the tile with another customer specialist/expediter. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I drove out of my way to shop at this specific store.

On more than one occasion the associates were extremely helpful,polite, and friendly. Once I required the assistance of the manager (Mr. Rodriguez), he was professional, kind, and rectified the situation. Edison RTE. 1 is my favorite location. Visited several times and always a pleasant experience.

the store was very well organized the and the employees all were friendly the cashier was very helpful , I never had a problem with getting professional help when I needed information. the selection of wood items were great I had a lot of chocies and the price was right

I was looking for air conditioner return grille and it was easy to find. I didnt like that many aisles were closed at the same time. I find this inconvenient and it is now a common thing at all home depots

the store provides good quality products with great tools paint garden supplies and just about anything you need

I was shopping for vegetable plants at the Edison Home Depot recently and was delighted with the help I received from Eunice. She was fabulous. She answered all my questions with a smile and showed me everything I needed. She even brought me a cart to put everything in. She truly made this visit wonderful. Thank you Eunice!

This store is always exceed my expectation with very helpful associates willing to help customer at any time.

First of all I must say that the store was clean and cluttered free. Mr. Anthony Calzado associate # AIC 1067 was very courteous, helpful, honest and had a sense of humor, of which you don't see in many stores, also the tall guy with the European accent was very courteous and helpful too. These are the type of sales associates we need around. Mr. Anthony was neatly attired, hats off to you and you are an asset to Home Depot, keep up the good work. Joy A. Noble.
