I always get the help I need mostly. Scott gave me the wrong flapper for my toilet. I kept telling him I didn't think it was the right one. This was a few months ago. I was getting on his nerves in a good way. He said he would walk me out the store. We had a good laugh. I told him if its not right he better not be here when I come back. He was not there bc it wasn't the correct size. I tried to tell him, but I'm a senior female. He wouldn't listen. I told him I've fixed my toilets before, but the toilets were given by the govt for veterans and it wasnt a standard one. It was smaller. I took the flapper back and they exchanged it without incidence. Scott owes me gas money!!! Just kidding.

Use she if I wanted a AC window unit in fear of having ro hire someone to install. Watched a youtube vid and it was easy peasy. 150 SF but my bedroom is perfect! AC out and replacement will take big bucks but this system is awesome! Vissani 150q Ft. 5000 BTU

recently visited the Home Depot in Ellenwood to purchase some Dam Rid, which I was able to find easily. Although I wasn’t specifically looking for patio furniture, I had been thinking about buying some patio chairs. While browsing, I saw four chairs on the floor but quickly realized that another customer had purchased two. I went to the front desk and asked if I could check out at the customer service returns area, and they kindly agreed. That’s when I was assisted by an associate named Kai. I explained the situation, and Kai went above and beyond to help me. He not only helped me search online for more chairs, but his excellent service made me consider buying six chairs instead of four! Kai's customer service was exceptional, and thanks to him, I had a great shopping experience. Home Depot in Ellenwood is definitely a store I’ll be returning to for my home improvement needs!

I was happy with my product, it's cost and workers.

There were no employees that stop to assist me in ANY department. A customer stopped and asked me if I needed help with something and that is where I received assistance. I needed some 16 foot quarter round cut, the person that worked the saw watched me hold the quarter round until it got too heavy and I laid them on the floor. You wouldn’t believe it, but that person said, ok I’m ready to cut that for you, pick them up and put them on the saw table. 🤬 The merchandise in multiple departments were unorganized and no one around to help. So many employees walked passes me looking confused and not one of them offered to help.

I had an exceptional experience at this Home Depot, largely due to the outstanding assistance provided by your associate, Leslie. She exhibited a delightful demeanor, demonstrated courtesy, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our interaction. Please hire more spirited individuals like her. Thank you

people make the difference. Like all HD stores, this one has some great, some good and some that should be replaced.

I like the fact that you have the bar code that you can and some one come to help

Although this is a smaller store, the customer service is great. Staff are helpful and dont rush me. Very pleased to shop at this location

The Home Depot closest to me always gives me great sevices, especially the ladies at the PRO station. The Rental station is great also. John, John. Diane and others.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Patrice during our recent visit to Home Depot. She greeted us warmly and handled our situation with both professionalism and a cheerful attitude. Every time we've visited the store, Patrice has consistently provided outstanding customer service. It's always a pleasure interacting with her—she truly goes above and beyond.

At this Stockbridge location, 99.8% of the time my visit / shopping experiences have been wonderful. I recently had a large almost 7-K purchase for my parents home. The Door sales Rep, Mr Stewart & Lock-smith Rep, Mr Fernandez were Amazingly-Awesome!! And Most all the other Reps, are Gr8 & actually respond w/a Smile. It feels like a small community!

ALWAYS GET A SECOND MEASUREMENT FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN HOME DEPOT ON FLOORING...I DISCOVER HOME DEPOT MISCALCULATED ALMOST 100 SQ FT MORE THAN WHAT MY ROOMS MEASUREMENTS ARE...THAT ADDS UP TO A LOT OF MONEY...average of $3.50 sq ft x 100 for vinyl flooring = $350, 100 x $2.79 for install =$279, almost $700 not including the water barrier, or 1/4 round trim...that adds up to almost $1000 Home Depot would have overcharged me

Everyone were polite and offered amazing customer service not one complaint!

My husband and I came to buy a new lawn mower and accident grabbed the more expensive one because it was in the wrong spot. A nice short black woman greeted us and asked how she could help. We told her and she walked us to where we got our item, helped us find the correct code for the price point we were looking at and even walked us back to the register. She was fast efficient and really nicer her customer service made my day and I wish I had more Home Depot experiences like this. Idk her name but she was very lovely

Bought a screen door and had it installed! From purchasing and installing everything was done ✅ on time and professionally .

The delivery company is very unprofessional. I purchased 2 appliances both had to be delivered. I was told to call to make sure both would be delivered on the same day. I did. I thought everything was setup for the dame delivery date only to find out in the last minutes that it would still have to be different delivery dates. No Good service at all. Can't talk directly with a live person it's chat. Chat does not understand all the information. so there lies the problem a computer taking over for customer service. I will have to think twice before using your store and service in the future.

Home Depot in Ellenwood is always a pleasure to shop at.
