We went to the store in Ellicott City to buy carpet. Mr. Zavia Booth helped us to pick carpet and pad. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We are 100% satisficed with his service.

I've recently needed to buy quarter round moulding. I've found that because the mouldings are disorganized it was difficult to get the lengths I needed because they were tightly packed in the bin and I found other types of mouldings mixed in. Also on this same visit I needed the metal baseboard diffusers in "Brown" and it didn't appear that you even carry this in the store so I had to order them online.

The store and outer garden area were clean and neat. The product I needed was not too hard to find but was in a very difficult position (required a forklift) to obtain however the associate Jake and Cathy the forklift driver were most helpful. They, along with associate Bob went out of their way to assist me. All three made me feel most comfortable and at ease while I waited for Cathy to bring my purchase down from the top layer of shelving. whereas I felt that I was putting them to a great deal of difficulty. Did I mention that this was done outside in the COLD a most pleasant experience and I will recommend this store. PS My son does a lot of dealing with Home Depot stores in his hobbies and has found this store in Ellicott City to be the best organized and cleanest so far.

I had purchased the wrong size machine head screws for a project. The return process was quick and easy. I had originally used my Home Depot Credit Card. An Associate helped me find the proper size for the item I needed so I could finish my project. I used the self checkout system and was still asked by the nearby cashier if I had found everything I needed.

This lady went way over board to h ko me including finding what could not be found and chasing me out to the parking lot to make sure I got it! Great job, Thank you

Although this is not the nearest hardware/home maintenance store, for the past 15 years it has become the first and most often the last place for all of our home maintenance needs. Besides normal home maintenance we have remodeled 2 and ½ baths, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, refloored two bedrooms, and finished 800 sq. ft of basement and enclosed and heated a 400 sq. ft walk through -- all with a lot of helpful and knowledgeable advice from the folks at this store and from in-store stock. Highly recommend this store.

I wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday Pricing. We needed a new refrigerator. First off, let me say that I go to this store weekly even if it is just to browse. A refrigerator is a large expenditure. Home Depot price matches and beats the lowest price by 10%. I do my homework so I can make my case. But to my surprise, there was no arguing. I showed them my papers that I printed from the computer and they give me 10% of the lower price. I dealt with Brandi who was just a ray of sunshine and as friendly as could be. I wanted to purchase from HD so I could use my card and have 24 months same as cash. Today, I have had an excellent experience. There are days that I get answers that just do not sit well with me. But, I have found at this store customer service is very good at listening and making things right. This holds true for the store manager as well.

Thjis store is always clean and employees are always helpful. I have been shopping here for 15 years.

As always in this store, there is an associate nearby to help you if you need it. The self checkout always has a very short wait and help is always there if needed. The shelves are well stocked and I have never left the store without what I went in for.

My Mom and I were interested in the Samsung Appliance Bundle sale. We went to the Home Depot in Ellicott City, MD. We were nicely greeted by London. She provided above and beyond excellent customer service. She walk us to each appliance that was apart of the sale, she explained every detail about them, and she answered all of our questions/concerns. After that, she nicely sat down with us to explain about Home Depot's installation and delivery details, BGE recycle appliance program, and she printed out all the information on the appliances because we had to go home and explain everything to my Dad. London, really treated us with kindness and made us feel welcomed. We will return to this Home Depot , make our purchase, and make sure that London gets the credit that she deserves from this sale. Keep up the excellent work!

Overall experience was great with needed help and advice

The Home Depot in Ellicott City is a great store. I am a widow now and have to do all of the home repair and maintenance that my husband did before. Every time I shop in Home Depot, I am asked if I need assistance with finding the products I need. If I have a question, the store employees offer advice and help. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience there.

The staff at this Home Depot are extremely helpful and diligent in their jobs.

Home Depot is very reliable, has supplies even when other stores have run out of stock.

The employees will help you in anyway, if they don't have it at the store they will contact another store and see if they have any in stock ( electrical dept )

I was extremely grateful for service provided to me from Jamie in the Customer Service Department. Home Depot needs more people like Jamie and Latisha. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure my transaction was properly credited. (I had been waiting for 45 minutes for Frank to handle my transaction and maybe an acknowledgement: Sorry for your wait be right with you as I am assisting another customer.) Finally Jamie said I apologize for your wait. Let me see what I can do to help you. After one phone call I was taken care in matter of seconds and received the proper credit.

We had the best shopping and customer service experience ever! Not only where the sales representatives knowledgeable they were extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions on the care and maintenance of the various trees. They then helped bring our 23 trees to the cashier and helped load the trees in to our truck. Afterwards they offered to help deliver the trees to our home!! Once there they unloaded our large load. They did it all with a smile and were extremely friendly. You don't find this level of service very often!!! Kudos to HD for doing it RIGHT!!!!

RUDEST ASSOCIATES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Tile Dept. has no idea what they are doing and very rude. Kitchen area, employee was on a personal call and acted like I was bothering her when I asked her a question. Only 1 cashier on a Sunday!!

Not just this store but all store I visit 5 to 6 Home Depot store daily in all MD DC and Northern Virginia you guys are the best and I only take my buisness to you guys

I was in the paint department contemplating which primer I should buy when an associate came up and asked if he could help. He was obviously in the middle of re-stocking, but stopped to help me. When I told him what I was going to paint he suggested a Behr product which I hadn't considered. It's working out very well, and I"m grateful to him for his suggestion.

We were very impressed with the exceptional service provided by the sales associate and the department manager in helping us make our selection and acquire our new double wall oven at a very competitive price. The entire experience was enjoyable and not marked by haggling or pressure tactics. The final price and the process combined into making the purchase a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Home Depot over other competitors who did not reach the same levels of service, information, and price responsiveness. David Jones (Sales Associate) and Brandy Turner (Department Manager) combined to make our buying experience very pleasant and satisfying.
