How do I cut down on window draftiness?
As the years pass, windows settle and may not fit as snugly as they did before. Check if they're drafty by bringing a steaming cup of tea to the window. If you can see the steam swirl around the window, that shows you where cold air is getting in. Fill obvious spaces around windows with caulk. If your windows aren't snug in the frames anymore, use foam tape, weather stripping, or even a window insulation kit with sealing film to keep out cold air. Replace the windows as soon as possible.

When can I use my Blackstone griddle or grill again?
Winter tends to put a damper on outdoor grilling. When winter thaws into spring, bring out your trusty propane grill to warm things up even more. Enjoy a spring evening out on the patio, grilling up your favorite foods. A Blackstone griddle makes it easy to flip and char your food just right. Blackstone flat top grills are the solution whenever you need to grill a savory and delicious meal.

How can chainsaws help with winter and spring yard cleanup?
If you didn't clean up branches, leaves, or yard debris in the fall, do it when the spring warmth rolls in. Use chainsaws to remove dead or broken branches from trees. Trimming damaged wood keeps your trees healthier. Oil up your Makita chainsaw before using it, and swap out any rusted or dull chains. Please leave tree removal to the pros. Fallen trees can be cut up and removed.

Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?
Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. You can purchase them online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you're a recipient, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Self Checkout is no longer self checkout
New procedure at Randallstown, MD location self checkout lines. Customers are no longer allowed to scan their own items for purchase HD employees come over to your register to scan your items then walk away for you to pay. This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen! This is NOT self checkout!!!! I wonder if this is being implemented in all HD or just in “certain” areas. While the Randallstown store is less than 10-minutes from my home and I have been going to this location for years, I will not be returning.

    Out of stock again/still
How is a big box Home Improvement store so poorly stocked? Incompetence or they just plain 'ole don't care. My guess is a little of both.

Excellent place to shop for home maintenance items.
I've lived in this area for many decades and used this store as my number one place to shop for home maintenance items. It has a wide selection of products, has reasonable prices and, at most times that I've been there, a pretty good staff to shopper ratio. Help is easy to get, always courteous and generally knowledgeable.

This place needs to shutdown or get some much better customer service!
I went into the store and could not get an associate to help. I went to the checkout and the cashier was on the phone; when I approached, she did not get off of the phone, but instead rang up my items, while on the phone! I waited for someone to help me with my items and never received any assistance. I requested a refund.

Not the store to get propane
The self serve propane storage has been removed and replace by locked cages. You can no longer pay for propane inside and then swap the tanks without an attendant. Problem is there are never any attendants available to help. It takes multiple calls for assistance and a 10 to 15 minute wait for someone to arrive.

                  Awesome team!
Joyce at the customer service, the lifting crew, all went far and beyond helping me getting the portable air conditioner. I walked in stressed and walked out a very happy customer thanks to the awesome help I received. This is the first time I visited Randallstown. They got good people there. Blessings!
