I received the help of a young 19 year old associate by the name of Liaam. It wasn't even his department but he was so professional and friendly and he got another associate who was also quite helpful to assist in the sale (of an electric mower which I asked him to put down so I could see how it felt, etc.). The quality of this service received, product availability, and price were excellent!

The store was clean, items were easy to find. Associates were readily available to answer questions. The Associate at the lawn and garden check out was extremely friendly and engaging.

I have always found the associates here very helpful and professional. They give each customer quality personal attention, so sometimes you have to wait your turn for help. I'd rather wait for good help than to have someone rush me. I have never felt rushed when receiving help. They are also very knowledgeable about items in the store. If they don't know, they will get someone to help that does. I am between two Home Depots, yet I choose this one, even though it is further, because I like it so much. It is easily accessible and I find it a bit more friendlier and a tad more convenient and nicer than the closer store.

I was buying landscaping stone and could get it down onto the cart but not up into my car. When I checked out the cashier asked a young man who was walking by if he would help me get the stones into my car. Even though he was on his break, he very cheerfully helped me and was very respectful. I was impressed with his willingness to serve even while on his break.

Almost always have what I am looking for and usually have a store employee around who can help if needed

Customer service for finding products, mixing paints while working with multiple customers, and checkout process assistance were all great!

Lew Beck in the appliance department is the best customer service/salesperson I have ever encountered at any Home Depot. If your'e in EC and looking for appliances go here and ask for Lew.

I asked an associate in the tools area what I thought was a simple question. Was the rigid jobmax driver head compatible with the ryobi multi tool. Answer was no on jobmax compatibility and then suggested I purchase the rigid multi tool. I already have the ryobi multi tool so she wasn't very helpful. On the way out I stopped at the ryobi display and read on the multi tool packaging that it was compatible with the jobmax heads. Used to be able to count on HD associates for their product knowledge.

All associates were very helpful. The store was very clean.

Well stock with a variety of beautiful flowers and plants that are well cared for. Associates are very pleasant, even when very busy.

The store is very clean and well organized. Checking out was very quick. I found what I needed easily.

I live near another HD, however, I continue to go out of my way to this location because the service is far superior. Outside garden has a very nice floor plan and parking is easier for loading, since the parking rows run parallel to the exterior garden.

I was happy with the help at the tile section. I will keep shopping at homedepopt.

This Home Depot's Associates are always friendly, helpful and hard at work. It is one of their best!

GENERALLY HAVE NO PROBLEMS FINDING WHAT I NEED IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME. NEVER HAD ANY NEGATIVE ISSUES WITH EMPLOYEES EVERYONE HAS BEEN PLEASANT.

This store was extremely clean and organized! Teresa was Excellent, perfect 10! Roofing shingles should not be placed in a shopping cart, They should remain flat to prevent damage.

I always shop this store because it is near my home and they usually have all the products I need for my home. Today i purchased multiple products for my porch project. New screen, patches, etc. They had a lot to choose from. Although an associate was not nearby, usually someone is available to help when needed. Very clean store- friendly associates.

I had an exceptionally great experience at this store earlier this week. The associate who assisted me, George Lands, went entirely out of his way to go far above and beyond what most of us have come to expect of sales associates. He sets a superlative customer service example for any business.
