Every so often your shopping experience goes so smoothly you think "I have to do this more often." It was Friday evening of Labor Day Weekend and the store was empty. I had everyone helping me and completed my shopping in no time. Wonderful experience. The manager Tony is a great guy.

Wheather a quick stop or filling an extensive list, I'm always able to make an efficient shopping trip

Customer service/check out clerk PTM01 was outstanding in store service knowledge and really friendly. I will definitely use online/pick up service again if it always as quick and easy as this time.

I was happy with the various plants available. Freshness of house plants. Potting soil available. Prices. Also cleanliness even of the garden and seasonal area. No dust on the boxes !

Of all the Home Depot locations around me, this is the one I prefer the most. Always well staffed, staff is pleasant & helpful

The Design Consultant Francesco D'Erasmo was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all questions and was very helpful in the design.

Appliances were ordered at this store 1 month before shipment to another state. The Home Depot associate put a wrong zip code (honest mistake) on the ship[ping address even though the rest of the address was correct. The wrong zip code caused the order to be cancelled. We only found out the day before delivery when we were in the state where the appliances were to be delivered. Calls to store management proved to be frustrating and not useful to try and get a resolution. The result was no appliance delivery and a cancelled order. I will no longer shop at this Home Depot.

the best part of my shopping was the cashier at the pro area. the cashier was professional, and personable throughout the entire transaction. the sales associates in the paint department, seemed to be distracted while i was in the department. they did answer my questions and directed me to the areas i needed to 'visit' in paint, however, they appeared to have other things on their mind on a quiet friday afternoon. i was able to obtain my entire shopping list for my project ( never was asked what it was [ i had to volunteer it ], nor was i asked if there was anything else i needed to 'get it done' ). overall shopping experience = was what i expected to a bit above what i expected (at check out).

Orfan works in the customer service department. He is great and really goes the extra mile to help you out.

LOCATION OF BEING on rte 110 is good for me, it is sometimes hard to find a associate there.

An item I was looking for was not available. A young lady who was going off duty stopped to help me. I asked her if she was going off duty and she said yes but she was glad too help me. I apoligized and thanked her for her kindness ! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, i " She is one who makes shopping and visiting Home Depot a pleasure. If she didn't make a sale she certainly made a friend. I'll be back" !

Two cashiers up front went above and beyond and received such great service that I left very happy and would return for future purchases. Customer service with a smile and thank you for shopping. You really don't hear that anymore.

The store is clean but some stock too small. Service is good but not less service person.

The Farmingdale Home Depot was extremely clean and the associates were very helpful. At checkout, the cashier greeted me with a smile and offered her assistance with my checkout and smiled the whole time. Being I was not in the best of moods, her smile was contagious and she made me smile because of how friendly she was. Thank you.

I HAD THE CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH A LOT ASSOCIATE AS HE WAS ROUNDING UP CARTS [ON MY WAY INTO THE STORE], AND H-CARTS, A VERY KIND GENT, WITH GLASSES. I GLADLY ASSISTED HIM IN BRINGING THE CARTS INTO THE EXIT-LOBBY OF THE STORE, AND HE EXPRESSED HIS GRATITUDE FOR THE 'UNUSUAL COURTESY I GAVE HIM". I REMINDED HIM TO STAY HYDRATED DUE TO THE HEAT, HE THANKED ME AGAIN. IN STORE WAS NOT A STAR VISIT - - AS I WALKED BY MOST SALES PEOPLE, NONE ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP, THE GENT BEHIND THE PAINT DESK WAS CLEANING UP SPILLED RED PAINT ON THE MIXER, THE OTHER GENT WAS DOING WHATEVER IT WAS HE WAS INVOLVED IN AS HE WALKED PAST ME. . . JULIO IN GARDEN WAS THE ONLY ASSOCIATE THAT SHOWED ANY INTEREST IN BEING HELPFUL DURING MY ENTIRE TIME [ OVER 45 MIN ] IN THE STORE. THE LOT PERSON [ SORRY, I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME] THANKED ME AGAIN ,AS I WAS LEAVING AND ASKED THAT I VISIT THE STORE AGAIN IF I NEEDED ANY MATERIALS OF THE KIND THD SELLS. MERCHANDISE SELECTION = JUST WHAT I NEEDED SALES FLOOR ASSISTANCE = OVERALL = NOT SO GREAT. I WON'T SHOP AT 'L' , BUT I'LL DEFINITELY SHOP AT THD-EAST MEADOW. FURTHER AWAY, BUT MUCH MORE SHOPPER FRIENDLY..

Great Experience and Great Store the store was very clean. when me and my husband wanted information about a drill we were buying the associate was very helpful and pleasant. I will highly recommend this store.

I went to your store this morning at 8 am. A transaction that should have taken less then 30 mins took one hour and five minutes. At no point did anyone ask if we needed help. I went down to the pro desk where three associates where standing and not one of them acknowledge me. I went to the service desk and waited 20 minutes for a load and go to be told I needed to go to the tool rental to wait in another line for 30 minutes to be told we also couldn't purchase the mulch with the load and go and was sent back to garden. I stopped at the returns desk and paid for the mulch there. The returns cashier was the only helpful person I dealt with. I noticed the store manager was present in the store and did nothing about the lines. How is it that such a big store has so few employees? I will never shop at this location again. The customer service was awful

Associates were very rude and not very helpful at all. We came in for on thing but yet had to speak to 3 different people just to figure out where the item was located. 2 of the associates we encountered were rude and really made this a terrible shopping experience for us

As a widow and being somewhat handy I enjoy the Home Depot because no matter what I ask or question someone is always willing to help me
