I love looking in the garden center

Item was an online order and delivery. Delivery driver left large metal pallet on lawn. When I called the store, I was transfered multiple times and left on hold for a total of 40 minutes until my call was disconnected. I did not get a hold of anyone until the evening. Was told they could not remove the junk from my lawn for 2 days. Extremely dissatisfied with delivery process

I dug all of them using my Anvil , but i got charged $78

I was shopping for brass fittings for a portable air tank. The first Store Associate helped me find a good combination of parts that worked for me. The second Store Associate helped me understand the pricing scheme of the display.

I love home Depot! I live in Lumberton , and there isn't a store there. So I have to travel to Fayetteville. I have a platinum card, but, can barely use it. (may be a good thing 😁) I did buy washer /dryer , kitchen pantry cart. IT'S JUST WAITING ON DELIVERY.. I don't like online purchases!

Mr. Steve at store #3626 did an outstanding job in assisting me in all of my request. Not only did he return my tel calls he sent textes and emails to make sure that everything was completed and to my satisfaction.

During my visit to purchase a couple of Items Not 1Associate Confronted me or even spoke while shopping inside the store inside the store. They walk by like you literally invisible. The female associates stood at self-check area just holding a conversation about problems they have in common.

I appreciate how there was no contention. I appreciate explained the problem and the employee asked if I wanted to exchange the door knob. Problem solved

I love the employees of this Home Depot.

I felt like a valued customer. I needed 1 peice of lumber for a project and you would have thought I was spending thousands of dollars by the way Big Shon and others treated me. Customer service was TOP NOTCH. I will definitely bypass their competitors to go there from now on

Had to go to Home Depot because the flooring I ordered was damaged beyond use. Called into Home Depot customer service able to help me and resolve the issue. Had to go to Home Dept to return it and they were able to review the notes and resolve my issue and got new flooring at the store to continue our project.

The purchase went well,Mr Elliot was very knowledgeable about the sheds and the process of purchasing the shed . There was no military or senior discount on such large purchase.

I don't like how the management discourages someone inviting me to their church, and makes announcements immediately after, stating that Home Depot has a zero tolerance for Soliciting, but when there is someone immediately outside the store's exit door that's asking for money nothing is announced to discourage that behavior.

I needed a sump pump in a hurry.the web site showed 95 in stock.arrived 35 minutes later to find 0 on shelf.Employee made little effort to assist.she did apologize.

Home Depot has always been my go-to hardware store — it used to be the best. You could always count on great customer service, knowledgeable employees in every department, and friendly cashiers who would ask if you found everything you needed and if anyone helped you. It felt like the staff took pride in helping customers and keeping the store well-stocked and welcoming. Lately, though, it just doesn’t feel the same. It’s harder to find employees when you have a question, and when you do, they don’t always have expertise in the area they’re working. The cashiers rarely ask if you were helped or if you found everything you were looking for. Even the overall atmosphere feels a little less customer-focused than it used to. I can’t help but wonder — what happened? Is it just this location? Is it a change in who they hire, or how they train? Home Depot used to set the standard for hardware stores, and I really hope to see it get back to what made it great.

I generally order online and sometimes have items delivered however when I come into the store it's clean and orderly and staff are always friendly and eager to assist

I am so happy that I called Home Depot to reserve a truck to help my niece move out of her apartment. The price was affordable, and the staff was very professional when I picked up and dropped off the truck.

I brought LG washer and Dryer, on 14 May 2025, using the Fort Bragg AAFES Exchange website, sharing with Home Depot. It was difficult trying fine certain products and choosing color coordinating matching colors for both washer and dryer. I got two different colors for my appliances.

Poor attitude of the cash register when asked for military discount. She did not help at all and was rude!

I ordered a refrigerator online and it was the wrong size. So I had to go in the store to order the size I needed. The staff were professional and they helped me.

I got a chime for ring doorbell and a nice rose bush.

Was hung up on 3 times, the last one when I asked for a supervisor I was given, “please hold.” Then was hung up on. Will not be returning.

The Home Depot employees are the best Gary will stop what he is doing to help a customer to include not limit to go get a cart to help customer and have done this in several occasions , Cherry, is great as well, always on point with directing the customer and keeping the flow of business moving.. Shaina the best will take time to help customer all over the store doing what ever it takes no job to small or beneath her to include pulling in carts great oerson
