Wanted to buy a 199.99 area rug and associates X2 Did not seem to want to go through trouble of checking to see if item was available as shown in the internet. Not friendly at all.

I had a nice experience in this store.

Great selection and staff!

The cashier was wonderful. She asked me if I needed help taking my purchases to the car. This has never been the case at other stores I've shopped at. I usually have to ask for help She was wonderful. The store was clean especially notable was the bathroom. When I asked for help locating my items to purchase, the young man was very helpful in locating my items for me. I enjoyed my shopping experience today. It was great and I look forward to shopping at this store again.

We enjoy going to the Fayetteville store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady that works in the plumbing area is wonderful, every store needs more like her.

I love all my Home Depot Peeps, they are always so friendly and easy to talk to. Not only do I get what I need, I leave with a smile on my face and a song in my heart. Oh and a little more knowledge:)

I found it easy to find customer service support in this store. The associates were very knowledgeable about where to find the items that I was shopping for.

I live 2900 miles away from my daughter who lives in Fayetteville. The store took care of my daughters needs and treated her as if she was the most important customer there. Thank you so much

6 different employees in the kitchen dept weren't able to sell a $700 stove that I had already picked out without help. Six different excuses. Went down the street and got a better deal in half the time. Cashier was nice though.

The Customer Service clerk named Ramona did the best she could and went above and beyond to fix and issue that the online home depot made. I was not ever going to shop at Home Depot again but her customer service has made me a repeat customer (at her store). I will come back to the store but I will not shop online from home depot again.

I try and avoid shopping at any Home Depot at all costs, especially this store location in Fayetteville, NC. This location is dark, dusty, dirty, and typically out of stock on many products which is not updated on their website. Most employees there do not possess positive attitudes, no proper greetings, and it definitely shows when they display poor customer service. Many of them just stand around, gossiping, and act like they do not even want to be bothered when you try to get their attention to ask for help. Clearly, Home Depot not only needs an overhaul on renovations to their site, but employees need retraining on how to do their job. If you want quality products and service, shop elsewhere because you definitely will not find it here.

This was my first trip to Home Depot for a particular set screw for a bathroom appliance. I previously visited another chain three times without any assistance in finding what I needed. I also visited two local plumbing stores without any help at those establishments. The associate in Hardware was eager to help me and did so in a timely fashion. Carmen in Hardware is amazing!!!

This store is FULL of products for every corner of a home,garage, and also full of associates who are immediately ready to answer questions or lead someone to the department of interest. (none of the "go down that way..." pointing) They really help. Aisles are wide,floors are clean,even the plants look happy!

The Employees at this Home Depot have the best Customer Service I have ever experienced in this entire town of stores. Thank You Home Depot!!!

We travel 45 min. to visit this store(the nearest Home Depot) because they have the best service-always helpful, always knowledgeable and usually the best prices (and stocked).

Very pleased with the help and courteous experience with the staff and personnel working. All individuals help and are willing to help. Store clean, easy assess to everything I was looking for.

I would recommend shopping here unless you are a veteran who only has you state issued ID that clearly shows you are a veteran if you provided the state with your DD-214. This is not good enough for Home Depot. In this case you are only a veteran on holidays. Total load of crap policy. I will take my business elsewhere.

The Home Depot that I am accustomed to is synonymous with service and best products, As of late it is a struggle to get quality service and products in the store. Associates walk around as if you are a challenge and seeing many sale associates chatting and acting as if you are not present. For example some items warrant cash in lieu of using a credit / debit card. While in line this was validated by another customer purchasing a light switch cover and id not want to pay with a credit card as it was less than five dollars. Similarly, I just went ahead and purchased the 7 x Hardie Backer Board since I wasted 15 minutes in the flooring with ZERO success. It highly disappoints me as I have stock in this store and they management and employee(some) show disdain for customers. My experience is the Customer is always right and I do not advocate being disrespectful to others but when I am paying money and service is poor my dollars are of same value that you the associate is earing and will not accept lack of service as I can use the competition and local hardware stores.

The store was well stocked, clean and very friendly associates. The young lady in the appliance department was very friendly, knowledgeable and walked us through purchasing a new washer and dryer.

This Home Depot Location is the most convenient and best Home Improvement Store in our Fayetteville/Fort Bragg Community!! Associates are always caring and concerned about the specific needs of All customers!! My family and I always have an outstanding experience at this location and the friendly Associates who have become extended family over the years our use of this location for our Home Improvement needs!!

My purchase was through the customer service via the phone. I visited the store earlier and found my item was not in stock and had to be purchased as a special order. The process was easy and very convenient. I recommend this easy and safe convenience. This is one of the few times that the store didn't have my product in stock. The store practices safe hygiene and cleaning practices. Several associates stopped me and asked if I needed assistance. Very good customer service!!!
