I love Home depot, great customer service

This is a great store. It is easy to find items by looking at the aisle direction posters and the personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. When we bought new doors for our home and carport, new tilt in windows and patio sliding glass doors, exterior siding, we bought them here. The garden center is second to none. I like my neighborhood Home Depot so much.

I have shopped Home Depot's from Delaware to Florida the Fayetteville, store is a cut above. Fast, friendly,helpful and the associates know there departments well, in most cases other departments too.

To be honest this is the first time I ever shopped this Home Depot, due to not having a local store to visit. The pricing compared to my local hardware and Lowes were unbelievable. Big Time-Crazy Savings. Will be returning , well worth the .45 minute ride. Best shingle price around. The best part of my visit was the cashier Larissa. She was awesome and should be recognized for her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Heck she allowed me to use her computer when my list wouldn't load to my phone. Thanks Larissa, you rock.

Went in to buy some home repair products and had no idea what I needed or how to proceed with the task. I left feeling very confident with the products I purchased and with the directions I was given as to how to get it done....Great experience from the greeting upon arrival to the check out...It was a great experience...Good customer service starts at the top - so, I'm assuming there must be a good manager in this store - if not, then they got really lucky with the employees I came into contact with today..

Beware of the crew of three on Isle 26 Saturdays at 3pm. They were not very friendly or helpful September 10 during my visit.

I have been in the gardening area quite a bit this summer and I have been so satisfied with the variety of products your store carries. I use to be an avid customer of your #1 competitor, but I have officially changed by Number 1 store to your Home Depot. Your associates were very polite. The employee asked if we needed help with our purchase. I said, "yes", but my daughter was with me and told the employee we would be fine. Great Job!!

I planned on purchasing a garbage disposal but wanted more information. Ididn't get the info I was looking for but was pleased to get the disposal cheaper than expected.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people work at Fayetteville, NC Home Depot.

Horrible store layout. Employees would not make eye contact thoughout store. Just needed to ask where something was. Never found the item I needed. Just plan on finding what you need on your own.

I always get a kick out of meeting the employees and just watching them work .Their work is not always fun and they are on that cold hard floor for long hours . They are always very friendly and eager to help . I actually look forward to seeing them .

I found what a needed and had a great variety to chose from. Pricing was reasonable, associate was helpful and friendly.

Store looked nice and clean. I needed help to find ladder and received help from a very nice store representative. Also picked up several other items while I was there.

I watched a number of employees cluster and talk while customers wondered the store. It took 15 minutes plus to get support. The support was provided not because any employees approached us but rather, from a vendor on site re-stocking supplies.

I received the best customer service ever from Niki! She is definitely a keeper! She made my experience more than exceptional when I was purchasing a riding lawn mower for my husband for Father's Day.

The store was clean and I had a good shopping experience today. I had trouble finding one item so I asked for help and was showed right where to find the item I was looking for.jb2

The associates support was fair, I asked to find a particular item from a commercial on HGTV and the associate pointed to the isle and gave vague instructions on where the item was located. It took longer than expected to find the item.

I recieved great customer service while comparing an d buying my paint.

The only problem I had with this store was the color selection of patio cushions. I'm satisfied with what I did purchase though. The had a good variety of garden plants but they were a little pricey.

This store had what I needed for my bathroom project.

The store was easy to get around in. The parking was good and I found what I wanted in a very short time!
