as a contractor, you always want to have more material than you can use on the job, just in case. The retoun policy at home depot is excellent, no hassle. The staff is curtious and friendly, always willing to help. They make customers feel welcome

I went to Home Depot looking for a few smaller items. Of course I got distracted by the many Christmas items that I love to shop for! The best part of my shopping experience was the helpfulness of the staff. As I wandered through the store sale associates came up to me to ask if I needed any help. I always appreciate helpful people, since I usually do have a question or two. These sales associates were polite, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I will definitely be back.

had a bad experience at another HD and drove 15 extra minutes to the Fishkill store and it was well worth the drive. Great service!!

This Home Depot was very clean , well organized, and easy to find supplies that I needed and associates were helpful and knowledgeable

I would like to say in all the years I have shopped at Home Depot . I have never met one man that was so knowledgeable and kind As Glenn in the paint Dept. On Oct.23rd at 6pm.. I brought a gallon of expensive paint back that i had bought a few months ago . And it just wasn't the color I wanted. So Glenn took this can of light blue paint using different compounds and turned it into the PERFECT color for me.. I cant say enough good things about him. Ive never met Glenn before . But I will be looking for him If I need any future assistance.. PLEASE!! acknowledge him. He is a Terrific asset to Home Depot.. Thank You!!!

Great staff. Received precise directions to exactly what I asked for... and then woman who handles self check out was wonderful - calm and dealt with everyone's problems cooly.

Associates were ready to help and we'll informed. Stuff on shelves well organized. Carts available just about were you need it to be.

self checkout assoc. were not helpful in turning up vol. said they vol buttons never work.

I went to look at the kitchens and explained to Pierre what I was doing. He helped me choose the color of the floor, stain for the cabinets and the counter top. By the time I walked out of their my kitchen was complete. Today I have a beautiful new kitchen thanks to a knowledgeable associates help. In the future I wouldn't shop at any other store then Home Depot.

I was very happy with the associate in the nursery that helped me loading my car. I am an older veteran and just had a Gall Bladder operation that limits me to a ten pound weight limit that I can safely lift till I regain my post operative good condition. Thank you Home Depot, you are first rate with me.

The people who work at the Home Depot are always very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and go above and beyond trying to help. They make suggestions on how to complete whatever DIY project I have going and it always a pleasure shopping in the Home Depot primarily due to the personalities of the people who work there!

The flooring associate was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. She was delightful and went out her way to help my wife and I order the product that best fit our needs.

I found this store to be a little easier to find things than the other home depot I normally use in wappingers. The associates in the Wappingers store are not as nice as the ones in Fishkill. The Fishkill store is brighter and less cluttered

PIERRE & JEANNIE IN THE KITCHEN AND BATH DEPARTMENT ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL IN ORDERING CABINETRY

Desk person very knowledgeable about where products are located. Cashier had a great personality and actually made some helpful recommendations. Overall, nice experience.

It took 4 times trying to get help in the lumber section. The calls were placed over the load speaker, but no one answered.... Some one from another department finally helped.

I was not aware of this outlet. I generally shop in the Jefferson Valley area and was pleased to find this store with its large variety of products.

All the associates were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. My wife and I feel that they go beyond the normal course of their duties to insure that the customer is completely satisfied. We found all the associates and cashiers to be more than helpful, offering suggestions, comments, and opinions in answer to our questions. We are tickled to know that Home Depot is within a convenient mile-and-a-half from our home. In fact, since we have moved from central Westchester to Fishkill 6 weeks ago, we have probably gone to Home Depot at least 20 times!
